The young woman who made my sandwich, VANESSA…. ROCKS!!! Customer service out of this world!!! I ordered 2 subs, a foot long and a 6inch. She was quick, attentive and patient. She made my experience more personable in the tiny amount of time I was there for. Some people are too good for this world, and she is one of them. A GEM!

Ordered ahead online, received my order promptly, but the sandwich tasted like it had sat out for 20 minutes and the provolone cheese was awful. Once heated up in the microwave (despite already ordering it toasted), the sandwich is just alright. I also ordered the Subway Club and got the club with roast beef so that was also a bit of an unpleasant surprise.

I bought three sandwiches and they all could've been a lot better. The problem was the bread. Instead of the store having bread already made, the bread was just coming out of the oven. It also seems as if the bread was not properly proofed. So when my sandwich was made, it was flat and barely cut. Then I was never asked if I was done adding my veggies to my sandwich before they closed it up. I tried to stop the girl who seemed to be half asleep from closing my sandwich but she had a hearing problem. Then the lady who was making the other sandwich did the same thing. I don’t appreciate being rushed out of the store when I was the only one there and no one was behind me. Additionally, I understand the new sandwiches come with certain items but for the employee and /or manager to tell me that's all I could have on my sandwich is rude. And since when don’t you all heat up the meat like the chicken? Shouldn't that be brought to temp? People who work in customer service must remember, YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE EVER WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT STORE. Some of us did it and took pride in our work. Take pride in yours as well.

Sudesh runs one of the nicest and cleanest Subway restaurants we have ever been. She put together a delicious Meatball Sandwich and a Club Sandwich. The location is on Steele Street off 112th in Tacoma, Washington. Two Thumbs WAY up!

Wish I could go zero stars. Love subway in it self, i don't know what wrong with people at this restaurant. They NEVER accept any coupons. Employees have no clue what they are doing, tried to over charge me twice for a sandwich twice. Feel like really don't care for customers. Hope corporate is reading this
