I was there last Friday and sat at the bar just in time to hear the bartender/waitress arguing about who she was helping. We got two drinks and ordered food. Meanwhile she was rude and argumentative with everyone. We noticed people that came after us were already eating and she had not been in the back for sometime. We asked a waiter if he could check on our food and she was not happy about that and acted very territorial. Another waitress or perhaps manager took pity on us and offered us free desert. We decline but still a nice gesture. We had two drinks each and she entered them in the computer since our waitress never did. Then we were handed our bill from our waitress as if to be excused. We thanked the lady who helped us on the way out and said that was rough and she agreed and apologized.

After a long drive to Leavenworth we checked into our hotel and immediately came here for dinner and a drink. Service was slow and a little off. Our server got into a disagreement with the other staff in front of us about whose sections the new customers walking in were seated in. I was embarrassed for all. When my food came out there was a slight issue with it and the way it was handled left me feeling not great. We were promptly given a check, and not asked if we wanted anything further. Weird experience overall. Food was great, but if she’s working would not go back.

Our experience was ok, hence the 3 stars. Took 10-15 minutes to be greeted by our server after being seated even though we were his only table, all of the servers seemed to be more interested in talking at the bar rather than helping customers. Food was ok. The fondue was amazing but the chicken strips and fries our daughter got were mediocre. We could have gotten better at a fast food restaurant for half the price We probably won't come back to this restaurant again the next time we are in Leavenworth.

Service was okay but waitress didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. I had the steak it was cooked well but had a bitter char taste. My wife had the pasta and it tasted like a frozen microwave dish. We ordered the brownie for desert and it was rock hard and had a stale taste to it like it had been sitting out for awhile.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous New Year's Eve dinner with exceptional service as well as fabulous food & drinks! They were short staffed but that did not get in the way of making our visit just perfect! The restaurant was conveniently located right off of the lobby so we stayed nice and cozy as we walked from our room :) Thank you to all of the wonderful staff ~ we appreciate your hard work with a smile!!

First off walking in the waitress was very nice. We got a reservation at 6:30. Not obnoxiously long. We started off by meeting our server Gil. He is very sweet and was right there when we needed something. We ordered the garlic fries, short rib stroganoff and bacon and shrimp fettuccine. The garlic fries were $8. The fettuccine was $25 and the stroganoff was $35. The only worth its buck was the garlic fries. We got them about 2 minutes after ordering. They were nice and crispy it came with ranch and ketchup. They should have costed more with how good they were. 10/10. On the other hand the bacon shrimp fettuccine had just about no sauce. It was very dry and all the veggies they put on the top was overwhelming. Most of them were cooked to perfection but there was some that tasted to cooked and soggy. The shrimp was great wish there was more. As for the stroganoff the sauce was a bit much. The pasta itself was cooked and made beautifully it was creamy and soft. The short rib in it was also so light and it fell right apart like it should. The onions and cloves was delicious. Overall I think they should not have charged as much as they did for those two dishes.

Nope. This is airport motel food. The fondue is watered down but decent taste . Terrible overpriced steak. The older waitress we had was so rude and none of the staff want to be here. Our steaks got swapped. When we asked the waitress’ opinion she was rude. Customers chimed in to tell us what dessert was good and which one was not. Run down interior. They have the hotel guests business, don’t give them yours. Hostess manager is rude and lied about not being able to do a room charge because they got our room number wrong

The food flavors were good but very overcooked. The bartender was our waiter and served to the best to his ability, was kind, but was untrained. A simple restaurant trying to be high end but failed.

It was our Christmas dinner at 4:30 pm. Our medium prime rib was so well done, it appeared to be cooked days ago. The service was non existent. I WISH we would have known, I would have gotten an Italian cheese & meat tray in town to go with the wine we brought and had an excellent dinner. Also, the hotel is worn out. Thankfully we didn't spend much time there.

Food tasted good but servings were small. Would like to send a special thanks to Wendy at open table. She corrected a mistake and was true to her word. We will be doing business with this company in the future. It's good to see a company do what they say they are going to do. Follow through and customer service was 10/10. Thanks again Wendy!

The service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress treated us like we were just there to annoy her. She was so unfriendly, we couldn't believe it. The food however was pretty good. We had some trouble with the heater above the table; it was impossibly hot. I asked the manager to turn it off and she did, which was nice. But then it abruptly turned back on? Between that awkwardness and the rude waitress I didn't dare say anything else. Skip this one. Prices are pretty high for a foul ambiance.

We went for the Tea with Santa and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was great, with a wide variety of finger foods to accompany the tea selections. Savory and sweet both. The service from the staff was exceptional and the GM even stopped by to thank us personally for choosing to join them. But all of this pales in comparison (Sorry Chef and Staff) to the time and individual attention we got from Santa. He sat with us for a good 10 minutes and engaged our near-3 year old directly with ease and grace. He was the real deal. She was completely in the moment. We have not ever attended an event where that kind of time was given to every child. It was amazing. I hope they keep this experience in the future and if you get the chance... Book it!
