I ordered online and went in to pick up my order. I had just gotten off work in cda so I was needing to use the restroom after a long drive. I had my keys in my hand and headed straight for the rest room before i asked for my order. As i was washing my hands and about to come out of the restroom, there was a LOUD pounding on the door. I opened the door and to my suprise this young kid told me to leave now. Apparently one of the workers said she saw me go into the restroom with a pipe and I was smoking drugs in there. In the whole 30 seconds it took me to pee i had not ingested drugs, smoking or otherwise. Instead of doing a little investigating beforehand, the manager instead chose to go straight to accusations. Wrongful accusations. Loudly. In front of all the workers and dining families. I left in tears, unable to defend myself for something i didnt do because i was so embarrassed and upset. Thanks manager at Division street jimmy johns.

Love me their Turkey Tom. Great bread and fresh fixings. Quick in and out. Their staff is always moving and they do a great job of getting you in and out of the place quickly. If you want to stay they have tables. Definitely recommend them for a great sandwich on the run.

I walked into the store and it smelled amazing as always, the man helping me was very friendly and didn't rush me as I was making my decision. He also was gracious at letting me customize both of the Sandwiches even though I already placed the order. They turned out awesome. Highly recommend going in.

Went in for a sandwich and got one of their jalapeño ranch chicken wraps... i added some Taco Bell Diablo sauce to it, which made it the best wrap I have ever had

They have gotten skimpier with the meat as the prices go up. Literally a single layer of thin sliced meat and barely any toppings as well. If you look at the sandwich from the side it just looks like an empty bread sandwich. $50 for 4 skimpy sandwiches is absurd.

The Liberty Lake jimmy johns is the absolute worst of them all. They are the most expensive and lowest quality of any jimmy johns I have been to. The staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes they are awful. The quality of the sandwiches are always awful. There is usually always a missing request and the quantity of toppings is always extremely low. When paying 10 dollars for a sandwich you would think that putting a decent amount of lettuce or extra tomatoes when you ask wouldn't be too much to expect. This location should get a new owner and or new staff.

2nd time I've ordered freaky fast delivery it's now been 1 hour 15 minutes the store is 2 blocks from work and my lunch break is over
I went in and ordered seven sandwiches for me and my friends so it was very expensive, and they shorted us an entire sandwich. We didn't realize it until we got home and had already thrown out the receipt. This isn't my first bad experience here. Jimmy Johns, if you're gonna hire someone, make sure they at least know how to count.

Won't be giving this business anymore business which is sad considering we share a parking lot. I can't give business to an establishment that openly allows there "team members" who make the sandwiches to bad mouth customers openly when there are customers in the facility at that. I don't appreciate rude attitude just because someone had an issue with there order that the smaller male sandwich maker had nor his comments about me when only my husband went in the store then after he did I came back in to complain my meat tasted sour. I appreciate the owner giving me my refund with no disrespect towards me and its sad that I have to hault business there only because I will not give business to people that can't even give shirt bits of respect to there customer's. I work in health care I have very long days as well and the last thing I wanted to deal with on my short 20 min break was foul attitude from skinny young sandwich maker his 2 cents could have stayed silent and I wouldn't have had a issue. If the Owner standing right next to him would have just told him ENOUGH that would have been something to. But it was ignored like that kind of arrogant behavior is okay. I liked the other guy with red hair he was much kinder than the new guy.Parking: Best thing was my water bottle

Went there for the first time today. I was excited because a few people told me they had the best sandwiches. Long story short, the sandwiches were very thin and dry. There was very little lettuce. I spent $20 on two sandwiches. I will not be going back.
