We came in for lunch with our kids. They had the front door propped open with a highchair. It was so cold inside the store. We asked if they would shut the door while we ate since we had kids, which one was an infant. The guy said well yea we could but the thermostat is broken and it gets pretty warm in here with the door closed. So long story short, we froze while we ate our lunch quickly and left. Won't be going back to this location again.

I used to work at this exact location and I’ve never messed up the sandwiches this bad this will be the fifth time my sandwich’s have been messed up ordering from your online app I’m very disappointed and know the staff here can do

Ordered melt sandwiches, both wrong missing 3 of the 5 items they were nice enough to fix it. 2nd try, failed also. Still missing items on sandwiches. The last 4 out of 5 orders have been wrong with something or just missing completely. Won't try again.

Very fresh sandwiches prepared ad you watch. The sub club is always a favorite. Wife loved the Philly sandwich. Very busy today so it took awhile for service nut that is a good thing. Reasonable prices snd friendly service. Will return.

So I don't like leaving lousy feedback but this is earned. Your store brandishes a well known established name and with that comes it's following. Those customers are unsolicited and you do nothing to earn them but wear the Subway brand. Your location doesn't support the deals or coupons advertised by the company brand you advertise. That's complete crap and explains why I never see more than 2 people in this restaurant. I'm done supporting this place and will go out of my way to not. I only gave you 1 star because you happen to have clean and somewhat professional people behind your counter. Your only redeeming quality.

Subway is a joke. Used to be my favorite great service quick and friendly. Specialized in the 599 foot-long now the only place I go to is Carusos if I am going to pay $13 for a sandwich it’s definitely not going to be a Subway sandwich. The fact that they send out coupons from the phone and to your house but don’t honor any coupons is pointless and kind of rude.
