Small businesses want my loyalty, it should work both ways, Versalia has gotten too big for their britches. I went for a piece of pizza but missed happy hour by a couple minutes, the manager wouldn't give me the dollar off, like it will kill their business. They saved a dollar and lost a customer, if they are going to have corporation rules I will boycott them like a corporation. The piece of pizza I wanted looked like it's been sitting there for a while, they should have given it for free LOL

Came in for dinner with my family and my order was wrong so politely just asked to speak to a higher up employee and when I was appointed to 2 managers sitting at regular dining playing with a baby while drinking a mug of beer I am not to judge when it comes to struggling with childcare however going back and forth from the kitchen to the dinning area seemed very unhygienic and unprofessional but my pizza was made again by a young lady and young boy nicely, ambiance was pleasant

Food came out quick! The apple, candied walnuts and gorgonzola salad was delicious with just amount tart with sweet. The Carnivore Pizza was good- toppings were great with just the right amount of sauce & cheese… would’ve liked the crust to have a bit more chew & flavor.

Food is great. But the wait is long and the prices are too high. Charging over a dollar for a side of ranch? GTFOH. Ridiculous. I don't care if you make your ranch in-house. Charging $1.09 for a super small side of ranch is insulting. Then to wait over 40 minutes to receive thin crust pizza? All the while everyone around you gets their pizzas delivered before you? Lame. Poor planning and greedy price points make this spot less likely for me to revisit.

We are big fans of the Kendall Yards location, here, not so much. Overall dysfunctional feel to the place. Our pizza was charcoal on one side and undercooked on the other. Pizza should have been turned for even cooking. Our biggest complaint was dogs on the patio area. Allowed only if the restaurant has an "approved" written plan to deal with animals. They do not. Absolutely forbidden is service warehouse in the area staff interaction with animals, and animals being fed from tables. Failure on all counts. Someone's animal does not enhance my dining experience.
