Love this place. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. We had the Smokestack burger and Cheese and Scallion Tots. The burger was juicy smash burger with bbq sauce, fried onions, bacon, and pork bbq. They use a brioche bun, so the total package was perfect. The tots have a Japanese street food twist, with cheese, bacon, scallions, fry sauce, and an egg. The tots were crispy, and the overall combination of flavors was spectacular, salty, rich, and smoky. On vacation- it was a neat area and we stumbled upon these food trucks- this place was very busy but the staff was very nice even though he was extremely busy, food was BOMB, got a cheeseburger and hot wings / I will definitely try again when we are back!!!!

Tried this as a spontaneous backup due to The Corral being closed and wasn't anywhere on their page. Ordered a BBQ Smokestack and the basic Cow-something burger.Looks wise - burgers were appealing and the fries were the best ones, beer battered! Taste wise, burgers were definitely solid all around; tasty and smelled appetizing.Our only complaint was we asked twice for no pickles but ended up getting pickles on the Smokestack, so a word to the wise - just be mindful of your order.Overall...read full review
