I love Burger King’s food BUT the fries are trash here 90% of the time!& you have to specify that you want fresh chicken fries,otherwise you might get something that tastes hours old :(

Stopped by the Burger King over on Ocean Beach Hwy in Longview, it was a pretty decent experience. We went for the classic and ordered ourselves two Whoppers with fries and a Coke. The lady who helped us out in the drive-thru was very friendly and made the whole process smooth.The food was solid. I mean, it’s Burger King, so you know what you’re getting into with a Whopper – juicy, tasty, and those fries were on point. Can’t go wrong with a cold Coke either. It hit the spot for sure.Only heads up I’d give is about the price. Felt like it was a bit more than what I’d usually expect to pay for a fast-food run. Not saying it wasn’t worth it, but just something to keep in mind if you’re watching your budget.If you’re cruising around Longview and craving some fast food, this Burger King does the trick. Good food, friendly service, just be ready for the tab.

Ordered thru the drive thru. Had 2 orders. One being 2 croissant sandwiches and a small hashbrown and the other being 2 breakfast burritos and a croissant sandwich with app codes for both. Got to the window and the worker then started being rude. When he was told you dont have to be rude and disrespectful to the customer when we werent being rude to him, he said its not my fault your order was confusing. We asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, we then asked who the gm was he then told us it was none of our damn business. I have worked in customer service and never in my life would i treat a customer the way he did. I wont be back to this location.

I got a chicken sandwich here and it was crazy how many things were wrong with it. First, I asked for no mayo on the sandwich and for some odd reason they added it. Which I would’ve been ok with but the mayo was EXPIRED. Second, the bread, which is very visible when wrapping up, had mold on it. MOLD. How do you not notice that? No one seems to be paying attention to the products or they just don’t care. Either way hard pass at this location.

Paid 38.00 for three meals and after waiting at the counter for five minutes to get the second cup the guy wearing a headset tells me that I didn't order one as a meal. He said that I would have to pay an extra 3.50 for another drink. I told him that we ordered two meals and one kids meal and he continued to disagree. So I paid the extra money and he gave me the cup. I then told him that if he just listened this would not have happened and that me paying extra was his fault. My wife was trying to use the self serve ice/drink machine as I turned to it with my cup in hand. She informed me that the machine was not dispensing ice so I turned back to the guy wearing the headset and asked him for some ice. He just turned and walked away. So I said excuse me the ice machine isn't working can I get some?........ Excuse me? He looked back and I yelled at him that the ice machine was broken and can I have some ice ( in case he was distracted by the drive thru) he continued to ignore me. At least two other people in the back saw me and heard me yet they ignored me also. So now I screamed so I could get a manager because I was mad at the service and he came out and asked me to ask for ice nicely to which I said I have several times. He repeated himself and I said no so he kicked me out of the store and said he was calling the police. He refused to give me money back also. At that time I had a kids meal with a box of juice a Texas whopper meal with onion rings a whopper with cheese meal with onion rings and two empty cups that I paid 41.00 for. I was so mad I told him that I would wait for the cops but instead went to the other store in town and told them the situation and they gave me two drinks with ice. That manager never gave me their name or anything.I want to see him fired over ice and the worst customer service experience ever. They even got the order wrong. ???
2 double whoppers a large fry and two plain whopper juniors and a large drink 32 bucks so not worth it this used to be a good place but that was awhile ago food was gross even the rootbeer will not be coming back here you can't charge that for cheap gross food you are going out of business at this rate last time I go here ruined me on whoppers

The greasy floors were the only negative. The food was great.
Always soggy fries and cold food, asked for fresh fries this time and they came up with my order in less than one minute with soggy fries and no salt. Meaning they dropped old fries and didn't even bother to salt them after words

This was the dirtiest Burger King I have ever been to. I counted at least 50 flies all over the place, someone had spilled their drink all over the table and nobody cleaned it up, they just put a wet sign there and the place was not busy so someone could have mopped it up. The food was cold, hoping and praying I don't get food poisoning. The pop machine look like it hadn't been cleaned in months it was super gross the floors were dirty every table in there was dirty, the people behind the counter talked and acted like they were stoned out of their mind. The bathrooms were so filthy they look like they hadn't been cleaned for over a week or two. I will never ever go to Burger King in Longview again super disgusting

I was yelled at by an employee after they didn’t specify which window to pull up to. I proceeded to the first window as I thought I should have and instead of walking to the first window and asking me to proceed to the second window, the employee leaned out the second window and yelled at me to pull up. They didn’t speak a word to me while they gave me my food and they also pretty much threw it out the window at me. I ordered a couple cheeseburgers and some fries. All of the above were cold and tasted as though they had been sitting out for awhile. I do believe the meal also gave me food poisoning as I was sick to my stomach the next day. This location has never been clean so it wouldn’t surprise me. Would not recommend dining here.
