Left before even ordering because lady at counter was so rude. I politely told her we needed a few minutes to look at menu since have never been there before. She rolled her eyes and said " whatever ". And especially it was her Manager and that’s a NO, NO u don’t ever treat ur people or customers with poor respect yelling at the mic and that’s it that was really rude! This job should get there people fired and do the job right! They are there to work. It was an old lady and she was the manager really shame on her, l hope the cameras watched her the whole day and her attitude. And rate this place ZERO stars & horrible place!

The gentleman that took my order was very upbeat and engaged. He asked what sauce I wanted for my fries and I replied, fry sauce.Without hesitation, he said "I got you!"My order was brought out with no sauce.I asked the lady at the front, which said they don't have that. The gentleman that took my order leaned back and said it would be right out.He then brought me a cup full of what looked like and tasted like a fry sauce.It was delicious!He whipped up a sauce they don't sell to take care of a customer without thinking twice.I have worked in retail, managed stores and run a sales department.Customer service is hard to find these days, but is alive and well at this restaurant.Thank you!

Not gonna lie. I pulled into this Carl’s Jr. because I had to use the bathroom and Taco Bell’s lobby was closed.I’ve never gone to a Carl’s Jr. expecting to get my socks knocked off, but that’s exactly what happened here.The lady at the front was kind, respectful, and welcoming. She sensed that I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and called my attention to a California Classic burger as it was their current featured deal. I took her advice even though I don’t usually go for Thousand Island dressing so I asked them to go light on the sauce and extra pickles.I then went to use the restroom which was clean and tidy, washed my hands, and by the time I was out and filled-up my soda, my food had maybe a minute left ‘til it was done which gave me time to take-in the awesome Longview-specific art and decor emphasizing the local price of the restaurant.The food then came out and the manager himself handed it to me, re-bringing up ketchup as I had mentioned it prior, throwing 3 or 4 packs on my tray and being thoughtful enough to ask if I needed more. It was the perfect amount of ketchup, so I said I was good, sat down and ate.The burger was hot where it should be hot, and the cold fresh ingredients tasted cold and fresh. The burger had the charred-flavor Carl’s Jr. is famous for, and the fries were perfectly long shoelaces that were hot but not too hot and salted to perfection.In 2023, where customer service is at an all-time low, I felt more taken care of by the people in this Carl’s Jr then many expensive restaurants with paid wait-staff have made me feel, and at a fraction of the price.This Carl’s Jr. is literally a remarkable experience. I went and spoke to the manager to shake his hand, and he let me know that he’s a neighbor to me down south where I live. He was kind and appreciative of the feedback and obviously is personally vested in this location. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately my burger special wasn't close to the picture on the tv commercial. Forgot the onions and about the size of a Wendy's double stack. My friend said her spicy ? sandwich was great!
