Almost pulled straight through the drive-thru and straight out onto the street after they gave me my total. Grilled chicken sandwich and small fry. Unbelievable let's say a small fry was 3 dollars and 50 cents that means my chicken sandwich was 10 bucks. I paid to save face but I won't be doing it again. I see why they're drive-thru is always empty, I don't know how they stay open.

Main thing is they seem to never have tacos after 8 or 9 PM. That is the only reason I go there! Then stuck in the drive through line for 20 minutes or so if it's too busy to get out. Kelso never seems to run out of tacos no matter what time of night and this is like a 5 out of 7 night a week thing at the Longview location. I'd almost rather drive to kelso and have to reheat the tacos than go to the Longview one and not get what I came there for, it's been super disappointing the last month or so.

They have the best milkshakes out of all the other fast food places in town, but this location seems to have a problem with both having enough staff to stay open all night and keeping stocked with tacos, burgers etc. A couple of times this year all they had were fries and pop, and that was daytime hours ?Kid-friendliness: Uh, sometimes there are homeless people hanging out in there, charging their phones by the bathrooms.

Wow. This place has gone down hill. Waited at the drive through for 30 minutes before it was even my turn to order and there was only two cars ahead of me. When I got to actually order, this location was out of almost everything I wanted. Between the dirty Seattle Seahawks sweatshirt and leather jacket, it was hard to even tell I was talking to an employee at the window.
I don’t mean to sound stuck up or anything, but the word “mediocrity” comes to mind. Strongly. Resounding in my head. I might be willing to overlook some of their food faux pas if they kept consistent hours, but out of all of the businesses I have attempted to give my money to in the last two decades, this one wins first prize in the WE CLOSE WHEN WE FEEL LIKE IT, ESPECIALLY BEFORE 9PM ON WEEKENDS contest. It’s borderline ridiculous how often I see this place dark at 9pm multiple times of the week, despite their google claiming otherwise. If you folks cannot find consistent closing shift workers, COMMUNICATE THIS ON YOUR HOURS. Don’t say you’re open until 11pm and then close up completely at 9pm half of the time. Just list your closing time as 9pm and then exceed everyone’s expectations by staying open later when you do stay open later. Unless this of course conflicts with your franchisee license, which at this point should be revoked by the sheer amount of times I have checked your hours and driven by only to find an empty parking lot and a dark store at 9pm….
