I don't usually rate places, I think it's a waste of time, but I do want to warn others that I have gotten food poisoning twice after eating the same fried rice here....and once I also found a black hair in my chicken. I understand nobody can keep their hair on their head 100% of the time, and rice is a higher risk food for storage, but it still kinda sucks. The first food poisoning experience I brushed it off, but after the second time I do have reason to believe its them. Not a huge deal, I am healthy, I was fine. Besides that costumer service seems alright, I just don't think I'll be eating here, especially if I have plans later.

Look at this. I ordered noodles and rice. I dug around in the cabbage and found a couple. Wth. Seen a man waiting to pick up a delivery order, said he'd been waiting over 20 minutes. His order had been done and sat there. I know they have smaller portions now, but next time, can I get a little noodle with my cabbage?

Sadly the last 3 times I have attempted to eat here , using the drive through, they apologize and say they only have teriyaki chicken and 1 or 2 other items available. Not even orange chicken. Initially I thought they might be closing soon but it was 3 hours prior to closing and same response two other times (without a storm to blame) this is sad because Panda has fresh, hot, tasty food normally. First time they apologized storm delivery delays (understandable) but 2-3 other times weeks apart..is a bad trend. Guy inside seemed more interesting in him getting a good review for a position in leadership than having the quality food available as Panda is known for. Hoping this will improve.

The lady taking the order should just leave the job. Drive through order for 6 people, she just kept being impatient asking rudely after each item we order... anything else. So sorry, yes, we have lots of people. Stop cutting us off, stop interrupting. Driver was repeating everyone's order as fast as he could but with her continuing to interrupt talking over everyone it became to frustrating. If you work drive through you should understand what a large order is. We gave up. Three of us did not bother to order since the worker was obviously so bothered to do her job. Then when we asked for sweet and sour sauce she told us to ask for that at the next window. Get to the window to be informed that they didn't have any... we would not have order the spring rolls had we known. But then they did find some in the end. The window guy was super nice but the lady taking orders needs training and with her lack of patience has no busy working that position.

I hate to be rude because I understand customer service is brutal and everyone is human and makes mistakes. But I have to say this: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP OR DELIVERY. The food is just fine when you’re craving it but oh my goodness they can not get an order right. I ordered for delivery for my family and they missed 5/7 items. My delivery driver said he tried to argue there wasn’t enough there for what he could see of my order, and there was pushback from them. I had to call for the refund then reorder. I called the restaurant to make sure all of my items would make it. When I got my delivery the second time, they left out a “bigger plate.” This was not my first problem with them but it was the one that pushed me over the edge. So, order inside and watch them put the items in your bag I guess ?

Absolutely terrible service!! Food was spilled all over in the bag and containers were opened. Took the food back and was told that they can not fix it after it went out the door.

This was an odd visit..... food was good, what there was of it..... made our order at the drive up, when we got to the window, we were given a list of items that they were out of..... noodles, several chicken entree items...... when we asked what they did have available, she seemed confused at the question..... we ended up just telling her to put in whatever they had...... when we got our food, there were several items in there that she specifically said they were out of!

The broccoli is slimy and has a film on it. There was only one piece of beef in the beef and broccoli. The noodles are crappy and stale tasting. The chicken is mostly fat. I'm never going to order anything from here again. Gross. I tossed most of it out. I don't think it's safe to
