Rudest Customer service I have ever had! Thank you Swani!!!! She didn't want to come out or the back and gave us an awful attitude, barely made our sandwiches, tried making our sandwiches the same because she didn't want to make 2 different ones and then went straight to the back again. WILL NOT RETURN! And just a heads up, apparently wilted lettuce and not having tomatoes is how they operate according to her.

Wow, a single person working and turned us away because he was on break at 5:15 PM... I believe employees should get their breaks so this is really on management for only scheduling a single person! The person after us didn't even get greeted, just an empty store.As we were leaving I did notice the store was very clean.

This location constantly charges you for items on orders that they do not include. This has occurred on every delivery order from this location. I contacted Subway and they do not care and will not refund the fraudulent charges. It is shameful.

Worst location and service is below par. Order is always wrong when i pick it up. When i address it they fight me. Manager doesn’t seem to care and blows you off.

Just visited this Subway (unfortunately). Walked in and the girl was on her phone with her manager. She then proceeded to tell me and others behind me in line that she is unable to make any sandwiches for us b/c she is alone and got a big catering order that just came in and was just told by her manager to prioritize the catering order rather than any customers that walked in. Unreal!! I do not blame this poor girl who was stuck by herself. This is 1000% on the terrible manager that decided to prioritize a catering order for 40 sandwiches rather than helping customers walking in and waiting in line. The right thing to do would have been to deny the catering order that just came in (at 12:30pm on a Saturday!!) and focus on helping customers that come into your store instead. Terrible manager…

Lady who served me was totally rude, I asked for some extra onions and she rolled her eyes and put like 3 more onion slices on. Actin like everything I wanted was a big chore. Then I asked for her to wrap each half individually so it would fit in the bag better ( I was skateboarding). She did then rudely slid the bag across the counter at me. There went the tip. Then I get home and pull a long black nasty hair out of my mouth the first bite I took. You guys owe me another sandwich.

I had an employee left to dry by his management after 4 days on the job to handle a store alone on a Saturday during the lunch rush. That guy did an amazing job trying to juggle the lunch rush by himself but was clearly not given proper training to be able to handle the entire store by themselves. I watched multiple people get frustrated and angry with him for something that was clearly not his fault. I didn't know that Subway cared so little for their employees and will NOT be going to that store again. Shout out to the employee that was there doing his best. You rock!

I ordered a BMT sandwich a few weeks ago. I was told that you can't choose your own toppings now. She said the manager told her it only comes with certain toppings. This is the only Subway that i was told that and the Hispanics girl had a very bad attitude on top of that. Never coming in this branch again.

I ordered from the subway app yesterday evening. It took my payment and said it was making my order. When i arrived to the restaurant the employee told me they aren’t accepting online orders. I asked what I should do and he said I don’t know. When I asked for the manager he said he is the manager… I wanted the money back if i wasn’t going to be getting the food I paid for. When I asked what I should do he said he didn’t know what to do. I asked for his boss but he did not want to talk to me. I called another subway asking for that manager to talk to about getting a refund. The restaurant was not busy at all. I don’t understand why he did not want to help me. Looking onto yelp I seen other reviews for this location about the manager being out of hand and extremely unprofessional.
