i swear this place always forgets stuff every time i order, if im doordashing or in person ordering they forget at least one thing, its maddddddddd annoying, and they’ll tell me to come in to get the food i dont have after they forgot it when i doordashed for a reason ?

Very slow and poor service..bar none some of the dumbest employees on the planet!!They can't count, they can't cook, they are probably too stupid to even know they are breathing!!You would think a franchise owner would care about his greasy spoon, but no!!They need to revamp this place or shut the doors!!The other taco bells in the area aren't this bad!!Ocean Beach taco bell...?

The cinnamons here are nearly better than life itself & don't even get me started on the chalupa supreme. Ever since the invention of the Baha Blast this restaurant has changed my life.

"it's taco bell what did you expect" one might say but to be honest I would have given them a 5 star all they had to do was get my order right. I ordered via door dash and made a customized order. Everything in my order (except the drink) was wrong. Only reason they got two stars was cause they redid my order, but I had to go pick it up. Food allergies are a real thing and they should be cautious of custom orders.

I arrived at 9:15 pm on a weeknight to pick up a delivery order and the lobby was locked. Then I pulled around to the drive through and noticed cars waiting at the speaker and then pulling forward only to depart the parking lot. Once I got to the speaker and waited a full 5 minutes in silence I finally gave up and pulled to the window only to find no one there. There were no signs anywhere indicating they were closed. I had to call my delivery service and have my current order cancelled. I wasted nearly 40 minutes at the store before spending more time sorting this mess out with the customer and the delivery service.I'm truly not impressed with their service. There were at least 6 other customers on site that experienced this lack of professionalism as well.

Always hot, fresh, food. Perfectly mixed sodas (makes a difference) and friendly staff working hard even after midnight with a smile even when they are super busy.
WORST SERVICE! We waited over 30 minutes for our food, the order was completely wrong. When I took the food back up to tell them the order was wrong, the poor attitudes of all the workers was clear. They did make new food, but were clearly annoyed. Also, not professional to be yelling at each other and swearing so the whole place could hear. There were DoorDash drivers waiting even longer than us to pick up their order. Terrible service
I just went to this Taco Bell and ordered a quesadilla meal and got home to eat and seen I have a warmed up tortilla…. There is nothing inside this quesadilla. Lousy kids working fast food can’t even put cheese and sauce in a tortilla…. Would not recommend going here

They mess up your food and then just don't answer when you try and call!!I got two chicken quesadillas for my toddlers and asked for no jalapeno sauce on them. The receipt said no sauce, but they were both covered in sauce. I live all the way in Castle Rock so I pretty much just threw my money away!! Not happy!!!

Horrible food, horrible service, dirty establishment I would say that the Kelso Taco Bell is probably the dirtiest one that I’ve been and one of the employees themselves told me that they have really old meat in the freezer that they keep feeding to the public which is why when you go there and you order a burrito that has any beef in it it makes you feel sick and you end up pooping your brains out it’s because Management doesn’t wanna throw away the old meat before they sell it to you so they won’t buy anymore until the old meat is gone. At least this is what I’ve been told so enter it your own risk.Parking: This Taco Bell is literally in someone’s driveway. It’s really hard to get in and out. It’s between the Jiffy Lube and the Burger King. It really sucks.

Always seems to ask if we want sauce n both Kelso n this location seem to never put it in bag along with napkins and they mess my food up ill specifically ask for things without and I always get it with what I didn't want on it or they forgot the item completely vary frustrating. But its usually okay food service could be better for sure.
