Coworkers introduced me to this place around 2007. Any time I'm working near Longview I try to get there for lunch. Gayle has been a familiar face and has always had such a fun attitude. Never had poor service, and the sandwiches/burgers/soups have always been great.

They are busy at lunch..like super busy..so with that being said they do a great job at managing to go orders like mine and seated guests. Friendly and accommodating.

I walked in and sat at a table by myself at a two-top. Waited 10 minutes, then was asked if I wanted something to drink, I asked to look at a menu as I wasn’t sure what beverages were offered. The waiter returned with a menu. By then I ordered a glass of water. He offered lemon, so I took him up on that. The table was dirty, he never came back with my water nor ask for my order. Ten more minutes had gone by as I looked around the restaurant feeling so stupid to be sitting there like that. Awkward!!! I finally walked out. No nothing!!

Came in this afternoon with my husband for lunch. Seat yourself country restaurant with lots of seating. No fuss menu with lunch and dinner options. My husband got the sunrise burger with potato salad and I ordered the club with tots. The food came out quick! The club was great and so were the tots, the burger was cooked perfect as was the egg on top with the yolk ozzing over the edge! Kind service and smiling faces, a very homey establishment with cows and pigs everywhere!

Stopped in for lunch on our way through town! Amazing service. Food surpassed our expectations. Beer cheese soup was best I've eaten. Veggie sandwich on house made sourdough was delicious. Very cute "country cow" decor. Highly recommend.

Small portion sizes and food was frankly mediocre at best. No idea how it gets an average of 4 stars. Save your money and hit a Subway if you're really looking for a sandwich. Ambiance was not worth any extra $.
A friend of mine joined me for lunch at the Country Folks Deli. Our Service was good, as was the food. There were a lot of Seniors eating lunch, but there were enough tables for everyone. If you want to gether with friends, this is a good place to meet.
