This is the GREATEST taco truck in Whatcom county, the best Mexican food truck! (Not exaggerating) Every location I have ever been to for Bordertown Mexican Grill has been amazing, I first found out about them when their Truck was located in Lynden, I ALWAYS get either the supreme burrito or the Taco Plate Asada, There is just something truly special about these tacos, the tortillas are cooked perfectly and not soggy, the carne asada is delicious and authentic, the Garnishes are just right, the burritos are juicy and authentic with fresh ingredients and they use Pinto Beans instead of refried which makes the burritos a million times better. The salsa is tasty, I always put some on my tacos or burrito, customer service is always top tier. I was heartbroken when the Lynden location closed down but I missed it so much that i began driving about 25-30 minutes to their Blaine location every other day, and got connected to that place too, with the same delicious food and breathtaking views of the Bay, awesome customer service! I have no doubt in my mind that when this Bordertown location opens on Monday August 14th, that it too will be amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE!

Heard from some people in town that I needed to try out this taco truck. Want to taco trucks I feel in the area of marginal food. But this truck was great! I got the chicken burrito and it was huge! Came with red and green salsa and they also have a hot sauce as well. Pretty decently priced for the amount of food you get. Also got chips and salsa and the pico was super fresh. If you’re into taco trucks definitely stop by this place!

This is one of the MOST UNDERRATED food trucks in Washington State. Let me start off with the scenery! It is very peaceful and the dining area is very nature like with a wooden roof. The smell of the delicious food coming from the Taco truck makes it smell like paradise or like you are walking through the food-vendor areas of the County Fair. The service was amazing, The woman running the truck at 6:00 on 10/21/2021 was very attentive and asked the important questions and made sure I had everything I needed including sauces and napkins/drinks. Before I left.I ordered the Supreme Burrito with a Mandarin Jaritto.. let me just tell you the smell right away had me hooked, the Tortilla was nice moist and delicate, the beans were very nice and had a great texture to them, the rice had great flavoring and tasted fresh, cilantro was to die for, onions went perfectly and the shredded chicken was amazing! The tomatillo special sauce gave it the Perfect hint of spice! I added myself Salsa Verde which I highly recommend doing!.DEFINITELY GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. It’s located next to the Lynden Library in a VERY EASY access location!
