Ramen tastes good but $20 for a regular bowl of ramen is too crazy and overpriced… I know inflation is happening now, but the ingredients in the bowl worths at most $5?in Japan this price means Michelin level ramen, but in Lynnwood I guess it only means a street food level ramen ?‍♂️

This place is so good, I cannot reccomend the curry chicken udon enough! It is next level. The portion sizes are massive, the decor is adorable and they run a tight ship in the kitchen. Super duper clean and there’s free water stations across the restaurant. I am so sad I slept on this place for so long, it’s only a stone’s throw away and just didn’t want to try it due to the old news story about them.

Sizzling Hot! The chicken karaage is freshly fried, and their special sauce tastes very good.Ugagi doburi is also very delicious. The hot plate keeps it hot, and the rice and onions are the perfect sides.

This place was mostly empty when I came in, but even with that my food was brought out in less than 10 minutes. The portion sizes are amazing, and everything was steaming hot.The meat in the ramen was thick and juicy, and the soup was very flavorful. The takoyaki was just about perfect, I could have gone for more eel flakes and less sauce on them. But otherwise they were cooked to perfection.

Excellent service. The chef went above and beyond. We made a mistake still the chef was very kind. The kids loved the food which never happens. 10/10 will recommend.

Fantastic food, great portions, super fresh and tasty. The people there are so friendly too!We had the Unagi Donburi and it was incredible - the amount of eel they provided was substantial and it came out on a bed of grilled onions and rice.

Service was very fast and friendly, all of the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Chicken Katsu Curry and Spam Donburi. If you do go with a curry option just know that two stars is very very mild still so if you are a fan of spicy foods you may want to go higher.

Rolled up on a Saturday afternoon after seeing this place on Instagram. We ordered the Chicken Katsu with Curry and deep fried gyoza; it was excellent. Prices are high but that's how it is everywhere right now. With portioning and the complimentary plastic containers, we were able to feed a family of six. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Modest, small venue with great service, self serve water, and wonderful food. We got the honey chicken karaage and the curry cream udon and it hit the spot.

As close to Co Co curry as you will find. I liked all the food and want to go back again to try other things. Great variety and very accommodating staff.

for the record: i’m a bit of a ramen snob/seeker. they’ve been in my local To Try list for a few years. this was probably the worst ramen i’ve had. i got the $20 Tonkotsu Ramen; the broth: not much flavor. pork: flavorless, dry and tasted more like chicken. mushrooms: very obviously previously frozen. had to add a bunch of sriracha and chili oil to give it any oomph. the complimentary tea was nice though.

The staff was friendly, but the Ramen wasn’t that great. The meat and mushrooms were tougher than I would have

Love Ashiya! A must every time I'm in town. Came two days in a row for lunch while I was here. Got curry chicken katsu the first day which I never had before. Wow so crispy and delicious. The curry was on point too! Second day got kimchi creamy udon with added chicken teriyaki. Again it did not disappoint and Ashiya always delivers!! The creamy udon paired so well with the kimchi and kinda offset the richness. The cashier who helped us was very friendly and welcoming as well.Ashiya has my heart and I wish I lived closer! Loved seeing a small shop doing so well too. Strongly recommend this place and please continue to support!
