I started writing this review in 2016 and for some reason got side tracked and never finished writing it. I ordered a barbecue plate and poutine for pick up. Their food is mostly great, but I was very disappointed to see that the poutine was not actually poutine, but fries with gravy and melted shredded cheese. Poutine has cheese curds, not shredded cheese. It's been six years and I still think about it.

I am sorry to see you closed....Your food was great and the interior was classic...You will be missed!

This place was amazing back in 2017- 2018. I went in the other day and they changed the fry baskets to these disgusting bar waffle fries. Then the wings looked and tasted like they were cooked weeks ago. Same with the brisket it was very hard and discolored grey. Glad there lease expired and they shut down!

We had a great dinner, the barbecue was awesome! The service was great too.Beers were served cold and a couple of us had a Manhattan and it was mixed perfectly. They have a great bar with top-notch liquors. The brisket was great, good smoke, good bark, and the fat was rendered perfectly. Pulled pork was awesome, good bark, nice and smoky, and perfect tenderness. Smoked chicken was really good too, good smoke, tasted great, and was cooked perfectly. We had a bunch of sides, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy coleslaw, tangy coleslaw, barbecue baked beans, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Standouts for me was the creamy coleslaw, garlic mashed potatoes, mac and cheese.Bread pudding for dessert was homemade and wonderful. One of the few barbecue joints in the PNW I've been to where I was happy to spend the money and would come back and do it again.

They are currently understaff and you have to order at the cash register if you are not seating at the bar. We were the only people in line to order and we had to wait 10 mins until somebody acknowledged us at the cash register to take our order. They did not have any brisket when we try ordering. We ordered the BBQ plate with ribs, pull pork, and chicken thighs. The food came out pretty quick; however, the ribs and pull pork were ICE COLD and the only things that were actually hot were the chicken thighs and sides. The server was nice enough to bring us another plate with the food actually being hot. We didn't finish the plate because it was not good. Everything was really dry and when we asked for BBQ sauce all they give you is a pre portion small plastic cup of BBQ sauce. We took the food home put our own BBQ sauce and threw in the air fryer in it was 10x better. I am not saying you shouldn't go here, but we had a first bad experience and we are not going back.

I moved here from Texas back in 2014 and this is the only BBQ place I've found in Washington that even compares. Absolutely delicious!

So far, this is my favorite place for BBQ around here. The pulled pork is great and I love the selection of BBQ sauces. I've also tried the Vegetable sandwich and it was yummy but, it does t travel well- I would only order this one again if I was going to dine in. I've had all the sides and they are always tasty and hot which I like! Anytime we have friends or family over, we order from C&T!!!

The stars are the cooks in the back. Even though they were out of things probably due to the pandemic, what we had was great...once we got service. We got unapologetic excuses for really poor service. The manager/waiter said there were only two of them working the front. Ok, but you spent time talking to people that had obviously been there before and literally turned your back on us for five minutes more then once. The sad truth is I had been there numerous times with my family and this was the first time with my friend for a birthday celebration. You could care less. If you want to act like spoiled middle school kids literally talking about customers with another table of bar flies, go open a bar with no food. Or get ahold of the only waiter manager at Lucky 7, he seems to be able to handle the bar and dining crowd alone. PS our family knows one of your cooks.

Hands down the best BBQ in the area ? Great service and a good spot to catch football ?The BBQ sundae is amazing! You pick your type of meat and 2 sides. The pork grinds are probably one of the best we've had with the Sriracha power that adds just the right amount of flavor. The sweet potato tots are crispy & perfectly cooked. The Reuben is delicious!

Went to cask and trotter after 3 weeks of them being closed. Regular customer. Former staff gone. “Supervisor” Shawna refused to say what happened but that I could talk to manager at classified hours. The old staff was great. Now you have to go to the counter and they can’t tell you anything.

Good customer service but actual entree lacked flavor. I must admit that I set myself up somewhat with my selection of the barbecue sundae. I believe they are more focused on serving drinks than tasty food.

A little noisy and meat was too spicy (hot) for us. Tasted other sauce and it too was not to our taste. Prefer a sweeter sauce. Meat may have been peppered or marinated first.
