Honestly I don’t know why people LOVE chick-fil-a. Yeah it’s good, but nothing to call home about. I do love their strawberry shakes though! When they were constructing this location, I thought that they were going to put in another entrance right on 196th, but then didn’t and so you have traffic coming in from a 4 way stop. It gets really backed up during peak hours and makes it a huge pain to get into the lot itself. I have no idea why they designed the place like this. They share a parking lot with Lowe’s which already gets very busy on their own, add chick-fil-a and you got yourself a big ol’ mess. They should work with the city of Lynnwood/Lowe’s to make the traffic flow better.Also, stop giving priority to drive-thru orders. What about curbside and in store pickups? You guys tend to put those people on the back burner. This is a very rude thing to do.You just lost a delivery driver because you want to treat every driver like a thief and have us start the delivery before you hand us the orders. No, I'll start the delivery when I have the order in my possession because customers track our every move and some complain if we don't start driving right away. I doubt you check customers' receipts for their mobile orders. Either verify orders all around or don't do it at all. Also if you're gonna be paranoid, just deliver all the orders yourselves since you have your own drivers as well

However, I have encountered a disheartening situation of late. My comestibles were erroneously prepared on two distinct occasions, an occurrence both unforeseen and most inconvenient. It is my earnest aspiration that this critique is heeded, allowing for a rectification that aligns with the lofty standards of excellence I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A.
