I've been seeing a lot of commercials advertising that the chicken al pastor is back, so I was excited to visit to my local chipotle to try it out. When I arrived, there was a long line of customers. This location was understaffed with only 1 person on the assembly line and 1 cashier. There were other staff members in the back that occasionally popped in and out, but didn't seem to help with the assembly line staff. The staff was super friendly despite the long line of customers and being understaffed. Unfortunately, they were all out of the chicken al pastor at 5pm. Given the situation at hand, I opted for the steak instead, but to my dismay, the steak was cold. They need to resolve their food prep and staffing issues.

This store is clean and well cared for. The food was the same as other stores. The woman in front of me had food allergies, and the worker took time to wipe down the area before making her food. That was cool.Dietary restrictions: You can get vegetarian options and they are considerate to food allergies.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s one stall in front and it’s close to the ramp. They don’t have automatic doors.

Rudest ladies I ever seen, always out of something you order and they have the nastiest attitude in the world because I happen to be 6'4 tall and when I went to point what I wanted and my finger barely went over the glass not down I may add just over the glass maybe a quarter inch she told me to back off and that she can hear just fine no need to point, Never coming back again

Very disappointed ? we came in at 9:30pm, I know it's late but if you're gonna be open until 11pm at least have food available. They were out of sauces, vegetables, chips and their lobby was "closed" for dine in. Forced to get take out. First time I've ever been let down by Chipotle.. a bunch of 18 year olds being lazy, this new generation isn't gonna make it ?
I recently visited your Chipotle location around 8:00 PM on Thursday night and observed an interaction that left me feeling uncomfortable. It seemed like a manager or someone in a leadership role was being quite harsh to an associate who was struggling to understand a situation. It was disheartening to see, as we all have moments where we need a little extra help or patience. I believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment where they can learn and grow without fear of being reprimanded in front of customers. I hope that in the future, the management can handle such situations with more compassion and understanding, creating a positive atmosphere not only for the employees but for the customers as well.

I love Chipotle but I will never come to this one again. It was of peak time, 3pm employees were standing around LOUDLY joking with each other, it sounded like a big party in the back while I couldn't find a clean table to sit at, I was 1 of 3 people in the place. It's a very dirty restaurant. Come in people, get it together, have some pride.

I'm giving a low rating for their terrible phone service! I tried calling tonight just to ask if they served whole wheat tortillas. I had to deal with their stupid automated answering service that can't understand a thing. FINALLY I got through after about 3 times of telling the automated system I DIDN'T WANT TO ORDER! The phone rang many times then said the voice box was too full for a message. Based on that experience AND reading all the other bad reviews I think I'll skip this place.?
