I bought the ‘center of the roll’ cup, don’t bother its a rip off. Its nothing more than a cup of scraps with new sauce poured over top. Center of the roll? Bull puckies! Rip off of the roll is more like it. The scraps were stale and a total waste of money. Cinna-

Great location, friendly staff, really good cinnamon rolls.
Always the best cinnamon rolls around. Sweet and sticky. Super gooye and yummy. Always warm and never dry or hard. Fresh rolls everytime I go. They even sell bottles milk which goes so well with the cinnamon rolls. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst Cinnabon I've had. I usually love Cinnabon, but the one I had at this location was terrible. Hard and had nearly no frosting. Definitely not coming back. Waste of money. The cashier on 8/23/2023 was friendly though. Wish I hadn't driven home before eating.I know how to reheat a cinnamon roll. I've been eating Cinnabons for 15 years or so. This was the first time I've had one that was hard.

I always appreciate the aroma of Cinnabon as I walk into the mall. It captures my senses quite well. One is always enough to share between me and my kids. Quality is always great and the staff is always smiling and kind when I walk up. I appreciate that aspect.

My service was awful. I came around closing time and the ladies working were extremely rude to me and my friend. They still had 10 mini cinnabons left and two middle of the rolls. I ordered one middle of the roll and my friend was in line behind me. They asked if I wanted mine warmed up and I said yea. It was not warm it was about as cold as a lake in the summer. After that my friend went to order and they wouldn't acknowledge her. After we said something they said they were closed and didn't have anything to sell even though there was more food still ready. As I stared down the 10 remaining cinnamon rolls in the pan, I was very shocked to be informed that they were all out, as I kept staring I was shocked. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got there, and won't be going back to that establishment.

I picked up a snack and mocha while I was shopping at the mall and my experience was good. The service was efficient and friendly, it seemed clean and tidy, and the mocha was rich. The cookie was good too, but for some reason I wasn't expecting a cinnamon roll-center and it just took me by surprise
