The person who took me and my girlfriends order spent the whole time complaining about how much she didn't want to be there and gave us melted ice cream. She couldn't be bothered to pay attention to what we were telling her and when I asked for the dark chocolate I've cream she pulled a bin out from under the counter with regular chocolate and gave me that instead. By far the worst cold stone experience I've ever had. Next time I'll just drive the extra distance to mill creek.

Food and service are great. There are a lot of people coming in and out pretty frequently.Parking: There is an entire Mall parking lot to find a spot to park. Subject to seasonal crowding

Ice cream was so good ? My kids loved it ?? i got strawberry ice cream with brownie and raspberries, it’s my fav. A girl named Darya was helping us and she provided the best customer service ??
