I was a doordash driver who was picking up an order. The parking lot was full and so I went to the drive thru and asked if it was okay to pick the order up here at the drive thru, the worker said it was okay since the parking lot was full. I waited 30 minutes for the car in front of me to get his order and when I pulled up, the worker asked what was the order I told him I am picking up for so and so and then he tells me I have to come in. I told him again you said it was fine as the parking lot was full and so he refused to give me my customer order and I then reported the store to doordash. This place is a terrible place to eat at because of the poor quality of food and customer service!

Was pulling up at the drive through and lady had was eating food while talking to me and I could see it all over her teeth was pretty gross just wanted to leave but I had paid already and paid with Apple Pay which means I didn’t Leave a tip not by choice so I ended up not getting one of my meals. So sad one of my kids had to share.

Food was great. They got my order wrong, but I didn't mind too much - it was still delicious. There is a bit of a language barrier if you aren't fluent in Spanish.
I Have never heard of a drink policy that if you Share a drink you can't get a refill!!. If I buy the drink, I should be entitled to one! And at least One refill! . You need to do better paid 35$ and can't get a refill.
