I just tried rolled ice cream today!!! I was amazing. It's such a great experience. They make your ice cream in front of you. It's so fun to watch. Way better than cold stone!!! Highly recommended.

My kid loves ice cream. We always go to Cold Stone Creamery, this time my son wanted to try something new and we went to Frozz. He tried Frozen Yogurt with Matcha and he absolutely loved it! Prices are also very reasonable. We will come back for sure!

My experience with Frozz's rolled ice cream was simply amazing! I brought my favorite gluten-free, sugar-free, and kosher chocolate to their restaurant, and they worked their magic to create the most delightful treat for me.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even sweeter. With their warm hospitality and personalized service, Frozz has undoubtedly become my new favorite chill-out spot.

I recently visited Frozz Rolled Ice Cream at Alderwood Mall, and I have to say, it was amazing! They offer a variety of treats including rolled ice cream, gluten-free and organic frozen yogurt, and even Dragon Breath, which my child absolutely adored. What struck me most was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The workers were not only friendly but also genuinely nice, making our visit even more enjoyable.Initially, I thought it might be similar to Cold Stone, but Frozz is definitely more modern and fun. It's not just about the delicious treats; it's also about the overall experience. Frozz has certainly become a favorite spot for us at the mall.

Don’t waste your money here. Frozen yogurt was gross tasting and not only that but there is only a few toppings you can get.

Bad tasting frozen yogurt and desert ruining “caramel” topper. Once on top, the “caramel” flavored topper’s wretched flavor overpowered the rest of the bowl and ruined the desert. This combined with below sub-par quality frozen yogurt makes the dining experience here unrewarding and very forgettable.

My son said - “Think Capn Crunch hyper frozen.”Huh? What does hyper frozen mean? It means nitrogen is involved. Something you have to try. The flavor of the treat is one delicious thing, but intense cold is truly unique. The first bite is curious, by the third bite it’s such a fantastic experience it must be tried at least once. I imagine kids will go to Alderwood Mall and always want this unique snack.See the videos for some fun.
Our first experience in person here was great! We love the different combinations for rolled ice cream. It stays so cold and is the perfect treat to beat the heat. They also have a fun ice cream spot atmosphere that reminds us of childhood.Sadly the next 3 experiences became increasingly more disappointing. We ordered 2 rolled ice creams and the toppings were accidentally mixed. We had no problem taking it until realized we payed extra for additional toppings like strawberry, oreos, and Carmel drizzle which were completrly omitted from both incorrect and correct ice creams. We tried ordering online in hopes that would improve accuracy, as we've had luck ordering from here with door dash previously. This time we paid for a 16oz and received and 12oz portion with a 16oz cup for a lid.Don't bother with the rolled ice cream, stick to the soft serve frozen yogurt and dragon balls.

This review is only for dragon's breath. Cannot comment on the it ice cream or frozen yogurt. This location is inside the Alderwood mall and it caught our attention right away. I generally, don't trust places that have too many items on the menu like this one. I always think it's best to choose one and do it really well. Service was fine. The place had many seats available. Dragon's breath was super fun to try.
