worst customer service. I had ordered a Tofu Burrito over the phone and ended up getting chicken, this has happened to me multiple times. I called and asked to get refunded and they told me they couldn’t do that. Very frustrating.

Worst.. just picked up regular chicken teriyaki.. the chicken taste like it was cooked on a grill that hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Burnt and Very little teriyaki sauce and flavor…. I’m giving it a 1 because the salad was good. I have always had luck here. Today was so bad I will NEVER go back.

Literally paid 45$ for a beef yakisoba, chicken teriyaki/egg roll combo and an order of gyoza. Chicken teriyaki was plain grilled chicken thighs and dry white rice. I specifically HAD to order teriyaki sauce on the side. I get the salad isn't 'really' much, but lettuce and already over poured dressing was alot. Please, please, go to Safeway and get a bag of green salad w/ carrots and cabbage in it for 2$. I don't have high expectations of teriyaki really, it's hard to mess up. But, I'm not going back again. Gave them 2 stars because the chicken was grilled well. Js, there's alot of other options. And the middle aged guy behind the counter was a bit much. Asked for the chili oil, saw the chili oil... and he gave ne Sriracha.

This teriyaki restaurant is my favorite with array of so delicious cuisine. Along with fresh chicken salad, I always enjoy Chicken Teriyaki Burrito, Extra Chicken Katsu. I feel so comfortable with friendly serving cashier. Whenever I have special dining time, I always coming this teriyaki restaurant with my friends and family.

This place use to be the gold standard for price and value. Unfortunately, quality and quantity has fallen at a substantial rate with the prices only rising in contrast. As a fan and supporter of their old ways, I just wish they turn it around.

How I heard of this place: In 2018, when my in-laws were visiting, they took us out for lunch at this place they discovered near their AirBnB. What a fun find! Type of cuisine: Teriyaki and Asian/Mexican/American fusion. Ambiance: A little strip mall hole in the wall, with cute decor - toy cars lining the walls painted to resemble a highway. Run of the mill table and chairs grace the linoleum floors and space reminiscent of an upgraded fast food establishment. The toy cars were a fun addition and gave something to look at while eating. What I ordered: Chicken, Beef & Shrimp Combo Plus ($6.99), with a side of sticky rice and lettuce (salad). What I loved: All of it! The flavors were wonderful, the food comforting and the staff friendly. Why I loved it: It was a yummy meal shared by family in a new spot that we look forward to returning to - now that I remember it. Cost: Low ($5.49 - $6.99 per entree)

First off, it's bloody expensive for teriyaki. But, it's quite delectable! The order was up really fast too. It's fair to say they take a Lamborghini approach to the business model. Get what you pay for.Chances are you can get cheaper Teriyaki anywhere else, but it won't be as good or fast

Takout order of two chicken teriyakis. Bag was very light. Gentleman at the cash register was irked at both the customer before us and myself for adding drinks to our orders.Overall, flavors were fine but you're better off buying chicken and cooking it yourself. Basic older crop of rice with a small chicken thigh, if a description matters.
