Stopped in after work and was able to get our order placed quickly. The food was made fast and to the request. Soda machine worked and the fries were hot. Overall experience was good. I will return.

We didn't go inside but the drive-thru people were very nice the food was absolutely delicious the only problem I had is I ordered regular fries and they gave me curly fries but that's nothing compared to how good the burger wasWheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking next to the door and very wheelchair friendly

My friend and I came here for some late night dinner. I got the 5 piece chicken strips meal and she had a double cheese burger. My chicken strips were not good. I ate half of one, and a handful of curly fries. My friend and I both ended up with stomach problems. I won't be having jack in the box for a while...

I love the night crew here! I always like coming here because the crew are always professional, super nice and they aren't stingy with giving out the sauces. I usually order a LOT of chicken nuggets for all of my kids (Usually around 50 chicken nuggets) and they always make sure to ask me which sauces I want and they organize everything really well in the bags: chicken nuggets in one bag; fries in the other bag; salad in the other bag and, lastly, tacos with a ton of sauce packets in the last bag. 1 thing I did notice...the side salads have shrunk. I can tell because I used to be able to put a whole packet of ranch on and it was perfect. Tonight I put on the ranch and it was too much. And just looking you could tell the salad was smaller. So salad was a bit small AND my tacos were soggy with oil! This is a common problem at a LOT of Jack in the Boxes. I had to go back in with 4 tacos and have them re-made because they were too soggy. The guy behind the counter was cool about it. I've seen another woman at this same location have her tacos also re-made for the same issue. So, just an fyi, don't leave them in the fryer so long!Other than the issue with the salad size and tacos being soggy I have no issues with this place and would highly recommend this place to anyone.Very nice people!And thank you for working Christmas Eve so late!Feliz Navidad! ?✨

I used the take out on Friday Dec 1st around 9pm and the guy took my bank card and kept it until I asked for my card after couple of minutes. Then my card was with another woman (another worker ) !!. I am not sure why? it seems they wanted to over charge my card or keep the card and hoping I forget about my card. After I asked my my card , they gave it to me. Anyway after that He went inside and god knows what did to my sandwiches he was also showing me a kiss face and smiling . The food went to bin as soon as I got home and I learnt where jack in the box food belongs to . I'm pretty sure he did something to it just because I demanded my card to be not kept in their pockets !

I ordered thru the app and my order was ready with barely any wait when I arrived. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and milk tea with boba. I was surprised how good the boba balls were cooked. It had the right amount of chewiness. Spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and executed well. Only suggestion is if there's a way to decrease the sugar level. The sugar level is the same as a bottled Starbucks frappucino.
