Be aware of big black girl working there, who claims herself to be a manager. She’s the take this store down, mark my words.Please check your pizza before you leave the store, to make sure you got what you paid for, unless you wanna go through what we have dealt with.I would give the -5 start if that was the option.Got worst pepperoni and veggie pizza anybody can ever imagine, with more crust on the pizza then sauce and toppings and mushrooms was like slimy and not even cooked.When i called the store, the manager reply was I have too many things to do so I don’t have time to hear your complaint,then she hung up on me.When i called her back, she said either you came drive all the way back again and bring the pizza back or forget about it ?Worst customer service any manager can provide.Upon asking for owners contact number, she refused to do so and hung up on me again.Does anyone know the owners name and contact info or filing complaint against them to the franchise is only way to be heard ?Please don’t waste your time and money at this store, not even worth a penny.I will be posting this legit and true review everywhere I can, to make people aware of this store location inside story and show them manager’s true face, who doesn’t even have any manners at all and doesn’t this kind of job at all.She said go ahead put any reviews you want, i don’t care. Paid $27...$ for one of the crappiest pizzas I have ever thrown away. Literally 3 mushroom slices, 3 odd chunks of bell peppers. Somehow managed to get all the sauce on 1 slice and only on half the slice. Brought it back in. Pointed out the fact that there was only three of each ingredient that I ordered and asked if I could pay more to get you know extra toppings or whatever and she did offer to make it over again but didn't look like she'd be to pleased doing it.

If so, she’s the one who threw the pizza on the floor in a fit of rage. I love this place but the staff ain’t it. For example I see the girl running the front frantic because it’s busy and she’s getting no help and has to work the back as well while this one guy sits on his phone because it’s not his job. She’ll need help doing something and he doesn’t help until the task is already done. My pizza takes long and makes me sick every time because no one knows the first thing about even household food handling. They will pick food up off of the floor to sell back to you. Not wash their hands after picking up trash on the floor and then touch your food.I would like to know where are the managers ?When you have an allergy they do not wear gloves or change their gloves or wash their hands, they do not use uncontaminated foods. They will sell you stale bread claiming it’s good food because it just came out of the oven. Even though it’s warm I can’t believe that. that or it’s old doughThe staff can easily be trained after two-three weeks FULLY but it takes them 1 month just to learn one task? That explains why I always see new people and never the same peopleHalf of the staff doesn’t have a food handler permit or even know the first thing about food handlingThey don’t throw away expired food, they sell it.Ever wonder why you get sick after only this little Caesars but the rest are ok? It’s because the whole kitchen looks like the photo attached. This is a photo taken on December 17th 2023 and they NEVER clean it and HAVE NO SHAME. They don’t sanatize their dishes or even use soap when washing half the time. They mop the floors only once a week. The only person to actually do any of this work is the owner who’s only able to once a month. They don’t even clean the sink drain ?all because “it’s gross” put on damn gloves and do it.When I heard about all of this I was absolutely outraged that the food health and safety administration hasn’t shut this place down.Last week a girl threw a pizza because she couldn’t take a break!? I heard she was transferred to the Mountlake terrace store, under the same owner, because that store actually follows the laws.This is all over the Martha lake Facebook. If any of you eat here only purchase packaged foods !!!The only people who can do the job LEGALLY is the people who worked under the old management or clearly has a food permit.We’re not trying to buy pizza from daycare. We want pizza from adults!This is absolutely disgusting. The food health and safety administration NEEDS to check this place out. When the owner isn’t there and without warning.The fellow mothers of the ML community have already called in and made reports. We ordered a cheese pizza and guy at the register had us waiting for 15 minutes for a stale pizza… like really ? Is he really that dumb to think he can trick people that waiting for 15 minutes would make me think the pizza is fresh ? The pizza literally taste like it’s been a day old and just re heated in the oven for a couple minutes and when I called to tell the same kid, he says to come bring it back so they “can give me a free pizza” thinking I would get a refund of the cheese pizza. No just get it replaced and receive nothing in compensation for wasting gas to come back i don’t know how that kid is going to move forward in life when he can’t even make a simple pizza kid is going to become a bum forsure can’t even make a simple pizza. Come if you want a stale pizza or at least check your pizza before leaving here
