Pulling forward to keep your drive in timer down is horrendous. Take care of your customers one at a time. McDonald's fails hard on drive through experiences. This isn't just this location. It's all of them. In general, it's McDonald's. We all know what we're going there for. But seriously, do away with the drive through parking spots. Nobody cares about you needing to to keep your timer under three minutes or whatever and pulling us forward still makes us sit for OVER THREE MINUTES!
I got a free medium fries on Friday and only had to pay for a coffee. They gave me 8 ketchup packets ? ☕ ?

This McDonald's staff and cooks are always on point and nice, I haven't had issues going here, thank you for being great and caring about others, you rock ?? I wish I wouldn't have forgotten about that, I went to the wrong McDonald's and was reminded how horrible the other one was and how nice this one is ??♀️ I wont make the mistake again, keep up the great work, and I hope people that tip here also tip the cooks since they work so hard and make sure your order comes out good

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t expect the best when I go to McDonald’s, but I definitely don’t expect the worst. I came here about 30 min to closing, ordered a small order and they told me that they were “resetting their machines” and to come back 15 min later. I came back 10 minutes later, worried that they might be busy or closing soon, and they said “oh we’re actually closing early for the night”. I asked “oh so when I came by 10 minutes earlier, and you told me you were resetting your machines, come back in 15 min, you were actually closed then?”Awkward silent pause. “Yeah”.“Oh ok just wanted to double check”. Tried to file a complaint through the official McDonald’s website and they happened to be down during that time as well. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anybody, and would take the extra 5-10 min drive to go to any other restaurant. Please shut this specific McDonald’s down.
I ABSOLUTELY Cannot stand this mcdonalds I went there 2 times and the second time was enough....My drinks are never full, my food has been wrong, like how do you forget a full patty??....I'm more irritated about my drinks being not filled especially if I'm paying for it, and when you ask them to todo anything for you after they've handed it to you.... it's an attitude!!!

Yeah it mcd's but our order got a little mixed up and so they clarified it with us to make sure we got the right order. When they parked us they had us go through our food to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The staff was nothing short of being amazing and excellent customer service. We got the new bagel breakfast sandwiches yummy.
