They have messed up my order but always replace and are so KIND!!! they forgot my trader sause and replaced my whole meal! also asked for light mayo and it had a TON but they replaced no questions so sweet!

So happy that they have a playplace!Sucks they charge a dollar to add cheese to the happy meal hamburger when other locations do it for free or less. Great service.Kid-friendliness: Playplace is nice. Lots of room and their own bathroom.

Inconsistent food temperature. Also told me to wait for my order in spot 3 and totally forgot my order. When I asked about it after 20 minutes they said that they were sorry and had to make my order again.
I really the Playplace area. It's within a close space with glass door. Inside the play area, there is a family restroom so i dont have to go outside while my kids play. I went in the morning, the restroom was clean. I like the play structure; it is nice, my 1.5 years old can climb all the way up top to play along with his sister.Kid-friendliness: I like the Playplace area. The play structure is good, suitable for even my 1.5 years old to play

When I ordered my food, I ended up waiting an hour, then they told me they already gave me my food, mixing me up with another African American man that ordered food before me. They told me to wait and they'll make another one, and they made me wait another 30 minutes before they gave me my order, and they had the audacity to give me the wrong order.

The Big Mac had WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. The person accepting our order gave us attitude and was rude. We ordered a large meal but we got a medium drink and large fries. We also ordered a happy meal and asked for sauces. We got no sauces at all. WOSRT SERVICE AND BIG MAC EVER!!
