They refused to uphold a corporate Americas Got Talent free yogurt giveaway on August 29th 2023, and now my boss is mad at me for taking a break during work. Stay away unless you love being disappointed. The food is too expensive anyways so I probably won't go back. Floor was also very sticky.

What the actual freak? The restaurant colors are bad. I was using the restroom. I can’t go when im nervous, and the colors didn’t help. Also, the yogurt was nasty! Let’s just say I won’t have trouble going tonight due to food poisoning.

The employees here are great! I have a very severe peanut allergy and since there was cross contamination between the toppings, they offered to cut up some fruit and bring fresh toppings from the back. They were very nice about it and didn't make me feel like a burden.A suggestion I have for Menchie's is to place nuts in a separate section like other frozen yogurt places. They way it's set up here, you have to bring the spoon over other toppings so nuts end up falling into the other topping bowls.

I would probably give a 0 star for this place. The frozen yoghurt was underwhelming and the waffle was bendy and tasted stale. I tasted it and didn't eat the waffle but ate my yogurt, waited for the checkout counter to get free and quietly told them that the waffle feels stale and they should probably check it, but the associate was probably thinking I'm asking for a refund and answered as if there is nothing wrong with it. I don't recommend this place especialtwyen kids might eat something that is stale and unhealthy
Great place for non dairy and vegan ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt.

The taste was good. I think they could have spent a little more time cleaning the drips around the machines. Overall a good experience and I would return.

Half the machines didn’t work, the trash outside was overflowing, the bathrooms were clogged and dirty. The girl working disappeared for 20 minutes and I saw people come in, fill their cups and leave without paying.

We came in on a hot day to find that there were only 4 or 5 flavors, half of which were out. Most of the machines were out of service. The toppings were mostly gone too. There was a child wretching in the store and it was messy. Not a good expereince at all. We paid, then promptly threw out our desserts. It all tasted off.

Yesterday I took my son to Menchies because he loves frozen yogurt! Well yesterday it was the worst he likes the pineapple flavor we grab a small sample just to make sure he wants that one and the yogurt didn’t really have any flavor and it was a very hard and thick consistency I told one of the girls working short curly blonde hair and she was rude she said “that’s how we make it all the time and walk away” with out trying to solve the problem! After that I was like ok!! So then I served my self some chocolate mania I didn’t even try it but it was soooo dark and melted I’ve tried this flavor before!! Next thing all the dry toppings where stocked but not the fresh toppings there’s none stock my son wanted some mochi but there was only like 5 piece left and all the fruit was gone! I went to pay the cashier girl was nice! I paid and proceed to leave when I almost fell in the door there was a garbage bag right in the front of the door seem like they change the garbage bag and left just the garbage on the floor I turn around around and thought they are going to come get it but they didn’t they probably forgot about the garbage because they where just talking to each other and on their phones!! Next I’m in my car and proceed to try my chocolate mania yogurt and oh gosh it was horrible the taste was just nasty I had to throw it away!!! By far this has been the worst trip here!!!
