Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The sushi was very fresh. Their hot green tea was one of the best and most fragrant green tea I've ever had. The spicy tuna roll was vey fresh and delicious. The price was on point. Highly recommended.

This is mine and my boyfriends favorite spot. Today we walked in and ordered to go and was told it would take 25 minutes. We sat and waited for 45 minutes for our food to be ready. Given it is super busy but as a courtesy they could've communicated with us that it would take longer than originally stated. Almost an hour is crazy for only 3 rolls! Very disappointing considering the cost.

After an intense search trying to find a quality sushi restaurant, we stumbled upon this gem! Every dish we ordered was absolutely mouth watering and delicious. I loved how they gave a choice between rings or tentacles for the calamari. I indulged in the sashimi that was fresh and perfectly portioned. The pieces of my partners sushi rolls that I snuck off their plate were just as delectable as the rest of the meal. I just found my new favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Thanks for the marvelous experience Edo Sushi and Sake!

My oh my! Lets talk about this place please! You can clearly tell this is a family owned establishment. From mom running the front and dad in the kitchen( already breaking gender roles gotta love it). The service for a restaurant that has two employees was phenomenal! Water was never empty, and appetizers came out quickly! Speaking of which i have never ordered calamari and been given the option of the rings ie body or the tentacles of the squid. We of course picked tentacles as thats the superior flavor. My date got the sashimi: the cuts of fish were thick, fresh and flavorful. i myself ordered three rolls unagi primarily and spicy scallops. Be advised the spice has some kick it def isnt "white people" spicy. Followed with a splendid sake and beer selection makes for a perfect sushi experience.

Such a solid Sushi experience. We have been here a number of times and every time the food is excellent, the service is great and the people care. Clearly this is a family ran business and the passion shows. My wife orders a special roll that is relatively simple, but often done wrong at other places. Avocado roll in soy paper and add Jalapeño. You would be surprised how often other places screw this up. I have had multiple rolls and the ramen a few times. All very good. If I had one issue, really a suggestion would be Ronald sure the ramen broth is very hot and that you offer spicy as an option. Last roll I had was the Phoenix Rising and it was great. Can't wait to come back.

Of all the sushi places around Edmonds and Lynnwood, Edo is by far the best sushi around, always fresh and tasty. I took Neil there last Sunday and he literally looked up at me and said "whoa, this is the best sushi I've had in a long time... the fish is so fresh and buttery and just melts in your mouth." They have some great hot foods too. I love the Katsu donburi, which in addition to coming in a wood bowl with wooden spoon, has beautiful, well balanced flavors. My only downside is the male owner is.... I donno the right word... an old stodgy Asian bro-dude. His wife clearly works twice as hard, and he often just sits around drinking beer or shoot the s*** with customers (mostly other bro-dudes) even when it's busy. He gets annoyed at me for putting in modifications (I have colitis) - I totally get it, it is annoying to have to write down mods, but it's either that or I don't order it. Now I just don't order the dishes that needs modifications and I don't go as much. I totally understand the annoyance, but my issue is with how he handles it. If you're really annoyed, don't sneer at me, talk to me about it or even say, "sorry we can't do modifications" and I would understand. I always hope he doesn't come take my order, and the last two times, it was either his wife or the great waitress they have, so I am not going to detract a star for one grouchy chauvinist dude. But honestly, if you are a man, especially if you're a bro-dude, you are going to get excellent service.

Great place to get sushi and sake! Sushi is made really well and you can taste the freshness. Chicken yakitori is so good and grilled perfectly. Takoyaki is very good as well!

We ordered Edu for delivery this evening....they delivered when they said they would....the sushi was great!!! The teriyaki chicken and the tofu yakisoba - awful!!!!! Only order sushi from this place - nothing else!

Popped by as I was driving north to Whidbey Island from Seattle. I had been wanting sushi and picked this place out of the dozens solely due to the closeness to the highway, so afterwards I could easily hop back on the road. The food was delicious and the staff so friendly!

This place is so good! We had the spicy tuna roll, which was amazing, spicy scallop roll, and a sashimi combo and it was all very good. Highly recommend and will return! Did I mention the spicy tuna roll was good? Yum!

The food portions are so small that it costs at least $40 to feed a six-year-old. Won't order again.

Kind of surprised it took us this long to give this place a try but glad that we finally did. Another great option for delicious sushi in the Lynnwood area. It's spacious inside with tons of seating and booths! The staff were all friendly and attentive. The tall booth walls give us the feeling of privacy and also feel safe with the social distancing between groups of customers, the waiter made sure to check on us every once in awhile. We ordered three different rolls and loved them all a lot. They didn't give us enough wasabi for 2 people eating 3 rolls, but it was delivered within seconds when we asked for more. We enjoy fusion cuisine even in sushi and theirs definitely did not disappoint at all. Mango Tango has Hokkaido scallop with cucumber and avocado then topped with salmon, mango, masago and pineapple sauce, simply juicy and delicious. We were so excited to see a sushi roll with kiwi as you don't see it a lot around here, so we knew we just had to order the Kiwi Mango roll. This roll has tuna, hamachi, avocado and cucumber plus topped with mango, kiwi and kiwi sauce. It was fantastic! We almost did not order the fried sushi roll since it's been overdone at a lot of places but we enjoyed the Double Crunch roll! Inside the roll there's a shrimp tempura, spicy salmon, crab salad, avocado, sweet sauce, spicy mayo and green onion before it's deep fried. It's so good! We were so full but still wished we could have eaten more. We will have to come back there soon as there are still plenty of rolls and sashimi that we want to try.
