Super fresh, nice nigiri. All the rolls I tried had a bright and balanced flavor.

Best raman in the region, and that's a fierce competition around here.

Muto has a wide variety of Japanese food items, including sashimi, sushi, ramen, udon, curry, and even lunch specials.I got the lunch special #4 which comes with chicken katsu, 4 California rolls, and three pieces of nigiri. It also came with rice, salad with sesame dressing, and a little sweet egg omelette piece. My friend got the garlic ramen with pork and marinated soft egg. This is probably one of my favorite ramens on the menu. So yummy! We've been here twice, as it's a good spot to go to after spending some time at Olympus spa, just around the corner.

Too tight, too cluttered. Writing around definitely made it to messy. Food was okay. Not as good as it used to be. Disappointed.

This place is amazing. I used to go to the Bellingham location which was equally amazing and I wish it was still there! Such a gem!

Incredible food and service, stumbled upon this gem while driving up to Anacortes. Ordered quite a few dishes just so my companion could try the various plates. The tonkotsu ramen was surprising light but still robust and flavorful. The veggie miso ramen was packed with flavor and a refreshing balance of ingredients. Korokke was crispy and fluffy. Takoyaki was a bit on the dark side but taste was good. For those that like authentic Japanese this is it. One tip, they actually carry namazake in small bottle for $12 or so. I rarely see this, so it was a really pleasant surprise; definitely order at least one of these.

This place has some of the best Japanese curry in Lynnwood! My bf loves it and we order frequently. I love the options they have- everything is great and the sushi is amazing. The service has always been friendly, we usually order takeout and it's super easy. When we've gone in, food comes out hot and fresh and everyone is so kind. It's the perfect cozy spot to get a hot bowl of ramen or udon this winter!!

I love the fried oysters, calamari, and the marinated eggs in the Ramen! Get there when they open at 5, if you don't want to wait.

This unassuming restaurant pleasantly surprises. Tucked away in a strip mall Muto serves out a variety of Japanese cuisines. Having tried a number I find the ramen fried oysters to be very good. The grilled cuttlefish is excellent and I still crave for it. The sushi is fine too.Glad to discover and will revisit for sure.
