I had a pepperoni pizza from here and it gave me horrific food poisoning. I don't know if the dough was uncooked or if it was the meat, but never again.

Papa John's in Lynnwood always has great pizza and other menu items. The manager, Christina is very friendly and on the very rare occasion there is an issue with an order will make it right I will definitely order from that again in the future.

Order from door Dash, just crazy I never waited that long for salad and cheese bread, 1,5 hours just so they can prepare my order, poor driver have to wait for that long, so stupid I don’t know why they treat other delivery like that, im still paying you for a food, it’s my opinion to choose what delivery I want to use. I only ordered the cheese stix they kinda sucked. They were edible but beyond that they were kinda bland, oily as hell, and cut awkwardly. Little Caesars is cheaper and tastes better at the same time. Do not recommend ordering here. My expectations weren't even high because it's papa johns but for litterally just cheese on dough to suck to the point it's just meh? It's impressively bad.

I had to rate everything so low because I was not able to actually purchase food. After attempting to call and order of July 13th from 11 to 12 to order (60 mins). I gave up after an hour and drove to the restaurant. I was then told that because they only had one person working, they were not able to accept any orders. I asked how long before I could order, and I was told at least 30 to 45 mins.This is completely unbelievable!!!No person, like the poor woman working, should ever be put into the position she was in. And no customers should have to deal with such poor management.

We ordered 4 crustless pizzas at 7:00 pm on a on Friday night. We picked them up and when we got home discovered one was made incorrectly. We called back to let them know and see if we could come back to get the right order. At first no one would answer the phone, so we waited 20 minutes and called again, this time we got thru and explained nicely but before we could ask to see if we could return it they rudely said I'm much to busy to deal with this and simply hung up the phone on us. We called back 2 more times just to be hung up on again before we could even get any words out. On the 3rd call we made they rudely again said to stop calling them. Now my wife is pissed, she drives in to speak with them. Low and behold the store is not busy, there are no customers in the store and 2 of the 3 employees are just standing around laughing and giggling. Young workers all under 20 ish years old. They still were not willing to rectify the order. My wife told them she was upset at the fact that they treated her that way in such a disrespectful way, and to hang up the phone on her. We were offered no refund or no new correct item. She left to upset to eat now. I wrote a review on corporate web site and they responded back that they would contact me. It's been 1 week and still no response. I learned that this business is no place I will ever spend my hard earned money in again and I will not support any organization that allows it's staff to treat its customers so badly. We were not Karen's or make a stink, we simply wanted what we ordered and kindly asked that it be fixed, but we were treated by Karen's who worked for papa johns. And for corporate to ignore this speaks volumes. Never, never ,never again will I return to this establishment. It is so sad that this store was left with children running things with absolutely no supervision, and a corporate organization that simply just dose not care. Lynnwood has plenty of other choices for pizza and they will receive all my business.
