True, the interior is unorganized, cluttered, odd. Business hours are VERY inconsistent. I’ve came during the day multiple occasions and door was locked. However, there is a saying: The dirtier the place, the more delicious the food is. One of the best pho I ever had. I’ve had pho at restaurants with full grown rats running around my tables in Seattle and the food was 10/10.

This restaurant needs some love. Or its intentialy made this way so customers would choose take out instead of dining in. Place is not oganized. Random stuff is piled up everywhere. Wires hanging by avery single piece of electronics. Managers 4 monitor setup at the counter does not look appealing at all. All TV panels have factory protection film, (maybe owner thinks that waranty will be voided, if those are pealed off). Im sure Fresh paint coat, new flooring and matching furniture sets will make customers want to stay and dine in. Potentially ordering deserds or second dish, because food is delicious.

Arrive at this place, nobody to greet, it was empty, quiet, odd odor smell, dirty and creepy. Not very welcoming place. I suggest owner stop making excuses about floor not being clean due to remodeling 5 months ago, and things cluttering around, floor needs to be clean and space need to be declutter if you're still operating business, still look the same to me according to all the reviews 5 months ago. We just walked out because the way restaurant represents. Uncleanness environment.

Went here for my first time, and the food was so good! I’ve tried Pho in different places around Lynwood and this was the best so far! I was scared going here alone late at night cause the outside seemed middle of nowhere but the owners are so nice and helped me place my order. He was super nice and made sure my order was right.Dietary restrictions: Multiple options, diet friendly. I told him we couldn’t have noodles due to diet restriction and he made it happen and the portion was more than expected which was so great!

Entering the establishment, an unfinished interior greeted me with scattered boxes, creating an intriguing but odd atmosphere. Unfortunately, a pervasive warm humidity and neglected restrooms were off-putting.Nonetheless, the beef pho emerged as the highlight, boasting flavorful broth and quality beef, complemented by fresh side vegetables. It was REALLY good. The attentive and friendly cook/server contributed to a 4-star rating.

Gonna play the race card and if you’re asian and used the southeast asian like run down atmosphere, these guys can cook pretty good oxtail. Pho is not bad.Gonna agree with the other reviews and say that this restaurant is not gonna survive because of the cleanliness and atmosphere standards of american viet restaurants. I would suggest to the owners to clean up the place, not block the windows with furniture. I think the dirtiness is due to lack of effort and staffing, not renovation. I don’t see any renovations happening and I drive past this restaurant almost everyday.I believe this restaurant can be a gem in lynnwood with enough effort. Hoping they improve.

Off the bat, you walk in a strange building and there is a room with boxes and things scattered as if the place is under remodel. The atmosphere is also very strange, warmly humid inside, and the bathrooms were very dirty which is a big red flag to me.That aside, I get pho and fresh spring rolls anytime I can. The spring rolls were 5$ a piece, were very basic and a little bland, the peanut sauce served with them tasted watered down. Did not finish them.I ordered the beef Pho (15$). The broth is good, the beef was good, and The side vegetables were fresh as well. It made up for everything else lacking. The cook/server was very nice and attentive which is why I bumped this up to 3 stars.

My fiance picked up dinner tonight and the meat is really suspicious. Wierd smelling broth and "chicken". Fresh roll shrimp stinks like it's spoiled and same with the bean sprouts all rotten smelling. Peanut sauce is watery and gross. Shame on this establishment. $60 worth of food to the trash. Not fresh and suspicious food. RUN. Health department should shut down this place not ok. You guys should shut down this is the worst pho I've had in my life. Sad. Fresh roll is more like rot roll.

This place is was the absolute worst. My wife placed an order and went to PICK IT UP. Took pictures. When she brought the food home it was uneatable. The chicken sandwich which looked like rotisserie chicken from the grocery store was dry on some parts and uncooked on others was thrown out. Didn't even try the pho. She was texting me pictures of the restuarant which looked like the backroom. When she left a review the owner responded and said she was lying. This place should be reported to the health department and has been reported to doordash.

This place is so dirty I couldn’t even eat my food. There are free standing freezers in the dining area, boxes everywhere, clutter, the floors are dirty. It’s just gross.Since I’m not seeing a reply button I’m going to update my response- I’m not lying, I did pick up my food and I also took pictures so can show how dirty the place was. There are others who have commented the same thing so I’m not the only one that feels that way.
