Food safety should be a top priority for all restaurants because becoming ill from a restaurant can cost you in many ways. It can take your time, your health and your money and sometimes your life!I used to work for a company called Ecolab and took their food safety program called Servsafe so by habit I look closely at how restaurant employees adhere to food safe protocols.Today I saw a employee who had a big cartoon of tomatoes that look like it came from a food supplier, she grabbed the tomatoes out of the carton and proceeded to slice the tomatoes to make pico de gallo sauce without washing a single tomato. As you know, you should wash tomatoes or produce before chopping It up following safety and cleaning procedures stated in the serve safe training. All managers and supervisors are familiar with servsafe protocols and should immediately tell employees how to wash and prepare vegetables for consumption..This makes you wonder how safe they are with other food products, such as meat or cheese, or other Ingredients that you consume from this restaurant.There is literally no excuse for this laps in food safety. This is a multi billion dollar company and they have the money to train all their employees nationwide..Qdoba, you need to do better for your customers.

If I could give negative stars I would. Devoid of flavors that resemble anything Mexican.. the most American burrito I've ever had. Almost felt like it was from a bad movie scene at a cafeteria or prison where they just slop on by the ladle the worst stuff and then short you on anything good. Highly not recommended.

The people at this Qdoba are pretty chill and some of them have even gone ABOVE and BEYOND! There's only 1 thing that I will complain about for this location and that is:the KNIVES!!They have been out of knives for months now. I like using knives to spread sour cream and guacamole onto my quesadillas, when I dine in.Not sure what the hold up is on ordering them, but I've been told the morning crew are in charge of orders, so morning crew...ORDER A BIG BOX OF KNIVES!! I'm tired of putting on my sour cream and guacamole with a fork! ♥️

Why would anyone go to Chipotle if there is a Qdoba nearby? It's a hundred times better!
Stopped into Qdoba for a burrito bowl at this location, as I typically do once a week since it’s close to my office. Qdoba was moderately busy when I arrived, but the line moved quickly. The employees were friendly and efficient despite the crowd of hungry customers. The burrito bowl was tasty as usual. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The Diet Coke was also as refreshing as was to be expected. Very happy to have stopped in for lunch today!Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly menu. My kids always leave full!
Horrible, it doesn't even taste, nothing is seasoned, I worked in adoba and I was passionate about working for the taste of the costumers but since there are only young people who are only going to write the check and not enjoy working. The owners should order Uber Eats to prove that they don't know anything, fire people and hire people who enjoy cooking, not just to make money.

Walked in and there was a line no one was taking orders they were just standing in the back not looking up at the customers, they seemed very uninterested in serving anyone , The food was trash I got a steak and chicken bowl and they just where not what I was expecting no flavor at all , chipotle would never ?? should have just settled for burgers at 5guys

Kudos to the employee with a beard. He knew the little girl with the dark outfit working tonight 12/1/23 didn't put any chicken on my burrito. She hardly heated up my tortilla and got salty because she rushed the first item in my order and I had to tell her I had more items. If she is a manager she needs to go. If she is just an employee, retrain her. Dude working was cool. This is the same reason I stopped going to chipotle. Skimping on the meat and attitude. If she is in that restaurant again I'm not ordering. Never had an issue at all before this. I'd give 5 stars but that girl ruined it.
