The service this time around was excellent and it usually is! I love eating here. Fries are always fresh and the servers are always super friendly. Today's service was especially excellent so much that I wanted to leave a review. Our server made funny faces to appease my toddler and and even brought extra crayons for her. A happy toddler makes dining in a restaurant so much easier. I was very grateful! Thank you guys so much :)

4/10/2024 went into the bar, single guy, was 5pm so busy dinner time, but no other workers as we sat for 20 minutes and did not get any service. Went down and got a booth, just 3 min till the lady came to see what drinks and appetizer we wanted, was hungry and ready to eat so ordered dinner. The lady was awesome, fast service, hot food, great experience compared to the bar. They clearly need more help in the bar.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options including fake meatDietary restrictions: Always more than willing to deal with this as my daughter is dairy allergic and so she is always able to get her food with no dairy.Parking: Plenty of parking options, big lotKid-friendliness: Kids seem to love the place, adults sit in the bar if you want less noise and no kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy ramp to door and plenty of space to get a wheel chair around.

Great place for kids. Unlimited sides: fries, salad, broccoli, etc. Ranch dressing is excellent. They will tailor your order to any dietary restrictions with no problem. Lots of free parking.

Main meal was great! We ordered fudge filled cookies and they were obviously microwaved. The centers were hot but the edges were freezing. Our initial service was pretty bad. Two people ignored us while they were tapping on their computer and we had to go find someone to get sat. After that our server was pretty good.
Honestly this was a pretty terrible experience.The only thing that made it redeemable was my server, she was amazing. Otherwise we waited at the host station for 10 minutes while the host gave us a dirty look and clocked out and walked past us. Didn’t send anyone else, didn’t tell us someone would be right with us, just blatantly ignored us. So we stood another few minutes before I found the next server and asked if we needed to sear ourselves or if we’d be sat. The server said “we will sit you in a second” and seemed pretty annoyed.Once we got sat our server was amazing. The food was pretty good, but then we ordered cookies. It was really obvious they just microwaved the cookies because they were a gross mushy mess and some pieces were SCOLDING hot and others were cold. We were honestly so over it we put the cookies in a to go box and left.Below is a picture of our disgusting mushy cookies.

Got my order wrong and charged for the wrong food item. You are required to navigate their payment technology, which no one bothered to tell me. By the time I got home it felt like I had lead in my stomach. There are lots better places to get a burger and where you don't have to do part of the service yourself.

I came in around 8:15ish on a Monday night, I got seated and it took like 5-10 minutes to get my order in.I paid over $15 for a burger that was about the size of my palm.Then when I finished my fries and asked for a refill my waitress disappeared and it took god knows how long just to get another waiter to check in on my refill to only get the wrong order. Then I'm waiting until like 9:20 because I have things to do.I have to pay on the little tablet thing to see that I have to pay a $3 entertainment fee, the only thing I was entertained with was how comically long it was taking for my fries to arrive.The only redeeming thing my was the freckled lemonade because I drank like 5 glasses, but that doesn't change the fact that I didn't even get my refill on fries.Red Robin? More like red robbing me... haha I'm funny but still I'm very angry

Good experience as a out of town guest. Went to the old familiar. Sat is as soon as we got there. Was a little worried because we were in a time crunch and red robin didn't disappoint. Got the food quickly and we were on our way. Thank you! Had the haystack burger and of course fries. It was really good ?
