Great service & seating options with a cozy fireplace! ? The baristas were super friendly & even gave me a $4 gift card after being required to close a little early. The only negative comment I have is that the building is located in a slightly sketchy area.

We did drive through and was the person at the window TIPPED THEMSELVES 5 bucks! Our order was LESS THAN 10 bucks! We tip but we were not given the chance to, and the fact that they did it themselves is robbery!

Employees were rude to EACH OTHER in front of customers, and the girl tasked with the absolutely monumental ask of determining which type of sweet cream to add to a drink was visibly exasperated by such an over the top demand of labor. People rowing slave ships in Egyptian times were in better spirits. Not the place to subject yourself to on a Saturday morning.

Love the fireplace with chairs. Airy, tall ceilings, great place for good conversation. Drive thru can't seem to get a "kid temp" right, but they seem to get it right when I come into the store.

Getting really tired of telling the barista how to make drinks they way they are built! How hard is it to add whip cream to a drink that it’s built with whip cream?!?!? If it says no whip then don’t add it. But if it does not say it then freaking add the whip cream. Chocolate drinks are built with whip on them!!!!! Idk how many times I’ve had to hand back a freaking white mocha and tell them to add whip cream. How hard is it to build a drink properly? It’s always this location, they can never make drinks properly and the way they are built to begin with!

I specially asked for Latte with Almond somehow she decided to give me full cream and oh boy! I should have known better she seemed to be a a very bad mode. Threw the rest away one sip and my stomack already started dancing to the tune.. never again

Every time I give a Starbucks another chance, I am so disappointed. Ordering the most simple drink still magically gets messed up. How do you make an iced coffee with no modifications not taste like coffee? Not sure if it’s the unclean mixed-use container they store it in or maybe they forgot to wash the cleaner out of the brewer, but they really need to improve their quality checks before serving coffee that has been contaminated with something else. Oh and I love how the frozen food offerings continue to shrink every year lol.
