Don’t go to this Subway! The line is a disgusting mess with slimy lettuce and spotty tomatoes. The bread was stale and the place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. It took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches and there were only two people in line ahead of us. After opening the sandwiches and taking a bite, we ended up tossing the them in the trash. Don’t waste your money.

Really disappointed with this location. I ordered off the app and it did not save my topping selection so when I received the sandwich it was a dry sandwich with meat on it no problem so I drove up to the restaurant to see if they could put toppings on it at least since I spent 20 bucks And they would not don’t waste your time or money here

The store owner is rude and totally not respectful of his staff membersToday the store was flooding and with the staff that was working trying to frantically get ahold of the store manager who did not answer his phone and when he did he told them to stay open not having any care for his employees’s safety at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I came in the other day and was delighted with the service Jacob provided. The sandwich was delicious and the cookie was perfect, definitely coming back for more sandwiches.

I love Subway, but this particular one is a mess. They frequently make you wait forever while they are busy making sandwiches for online orders. The online orders definitely take priority over walk in customers. Don't ask them to toast your sandwich, if you do they will start making someone else's sandwich while it's toasting and you'll get skipped and have to wait for the next person's sandwich to be made. Today when I came in the employees were arguing with each other and the lady up front made me wait like 10 minutes while she stocked the condiments. The flatbread was also stale. I asked for the meal and the lady kept asking me if I want chips and a drink with that. Then when I pointed out that that is what a meal is, she gave me a nasty look. I realize it's a hard job. This is a very busy Subway. A lot of the problems here could easily be solved if they just had three employees there during peak hours.

I used to go here all the time and usually have very good experiences. However, about a month ago I ordered ~$30 worth of food for pick up around 6p on a Friday. I ordered it ahead of time on the app. When I got to the store they said they didn’t have any meatballs left for the meatball marinara. I chose to cancel my order and the girl at the counter said she couldn’t issue me a refund but that she would have her manager reach out the next day to process a refund. The manager never reached out. I ended up emailing customer support and never heard back. Very disappointing and definitely makes me think twice about ordering from here again.

Incredibly poor service. It’s hard to even believe how slow they are. Also I just ordered a sandwich online and was scheduled to pick it up after 20 minutes, as per usual. I get there and the guy hasn’t even started yet. Another 25 minutes (!!!) later the guy finally finishes and hands me the sandwich. I mention that it’s been 45 minutes since I ordered and he said “yeah, I know”. That’s it, nothing else. No care, no apology. I walked out with the sandwich and never want to walk back in there.
