I have been going here for years. The recent round of employees don't understand English and totally screwed up my order. Requested ingredients were omitted. Ended up with a bland sandwich that I had to fix at home. Not really happy. May not return. Advice: if a customer asks for certain things, listen, and deliver. No habla English? Not to be racist but maybe you belong in a different line of work, like landscaping or roofing. I think I will stick to my homemade liverwurst sandwiches.

This review it's ONLY for the guy who was working hard ALL BY HIMSELF. He was taking care of costumers, preping, cleaning, and baking cookies while the other "co-worker" (girl) just sat down and talk with her friend who was visiting for at least 40 minutes, the only time that girl helped the guy, it was when more than 2 costumers arrived, I got there around 5:45pm and she only leave the table 2 times.The guy was super friendly, fast, clean and polite. The place is clean and the food its fresh.

My favorite subway near me. The lady is very nice and friendly?. Super fast. The BEST PART, lost of toppings. She doesn't skimp on the good stuff. My last trip I introduced my 1yo little lady to the 6inch sweet onion teriyaki. ? No joke! She ate the whole thing?!!! Great staff, conveniently located. My fav!!!

The two guys (one was Luis, didn’t see the other name) who helped us today were very friendly, efficient, and clean. Our sandwiches were perfect. Store is very clean and organized.

Please be careful when eating the food. They stapled the food bag closed and when I opened it, a staple was in my sandwich. It stabbed me in between my teeth. They should really use stickers or something other than staples.

The girl working today at 10AM had the personality of a turnip. Never said hello, thank you, or how can I help you. I was trying to use a coupon on my smart phone. I asked for some help but she could have cared less. I love their subs at this location but customer service sucks. From now on, I'll just go to Safeway.

Dec 3rd about 720 went into this subway and ordered my big sandwitch and the guy made it so perfect that he even made sure that it didn't rip in the middle
