The owner or the husband are very rude. I asked for my money back and she won't allow it. I tried my best to talk to her about the situation and she kept hanging up on me.. I Contacted her two days ago about my take out. At least give $15 dollars back for the spoiled bean sprouts and shrimp rolls. I ended up with food poisoning from this restaurant that landed me in the ambulance into the hospital for f****** two days. My advice don't ever f****** go here. There's other pho restaurants worth trying out here. This one is not worth it. Miss the old owners.. I want my money back..

It's okay. I was really excited to try it, and was a bit disappointed with mediocre results. I had the Han River Special. The veggies were nice, crunchy and fresh. The pork chops and the shrimp were...well... Dry. Like really dry.Staff was super friendly though and the restaurant seemed clean.

The door says we close at 9:00PM. The website says we close at 9:00PM. Got there at 6:40PM and the lady says "we closed now, we closed early ". Great.....you have the opportunity to do that as an owner. Welcome to 2022. Public media is big. I looked up your restaurant to see when you closed. I drove up there to buy your food. At least the teriyaki place got my $$. You guys never will.

We were fine with the meat and shrimp noodle salad we used to order here, except the meat (beef/pork) and vegetables. Meat was like minced, vegetables were not fresh especially the brown bean sprout. Taking into account of quite a lot of bad reviews about food at this restaurant, I'm wondering how it's still existed for years with slow growth. Unfortunately I agreed with all the one and two stars reviews. They're actually good comments.

Gotta say, this is a pleasant low-key restaurant with top-notch pho. The broth is light and doesn’t contain a lot of fat. It is on the sweeter side of the palette which I am biased to. Compared to other restaurants, I hold Han River’s broth with high regard. I ordered the size large and for the price it was a VERY generous serving. Great broth with hearty portions of the meat. Will definitely come here again.

Feel bad to leave a one star review to a mom and pops shop, but when I feel the weight of my $30 takeout is like the weight of the dollar bills just left my wallet (probably a bit of exaggeration) my heart sank... even the mediocre taste of the "special rice dish", "special spring roll" and beef bahn mi (it's not an exaggeration to say that it's paper thin filling in between the bread) is not bad enough to steal the headlines. Goodbye Han River...

It's kind of a hole in the wall joint near the UPS store.. But the food is on point..The meatballs were Legit homemade. I'm definitely coming back here for the meatball soup

Again, The Han serves tasty selections made fresh to order.I am never disappointed and if I leave hungry it's my own fault.

We took a chance and decided on a different place for lunch and what a disappointment! I ordered tofu Pho and got chicken pho instead. It was tasteless and the chicken was like leather. I couldn't eat it. My husband got chicken curry. He didn't like it. We will never go there again.

Definitely a great hole in the wall place for delicious pho! The broth is insanely good (beef is all I've tried) the brisket and steak is great. Sometimes they include extra broth on the side which is a nice treat! They have gotten my dumpling appetizer mixed up twice now, only reason for -1. My go to for lunch!

I don’t know where to start. The food was edible so 1 star is fair. I’m a foodie and pretty much eat Vietnamese food all the time.I ordered the combo rice plate and it was Nowhere near authentic. I’m not sure if it’s because I dont look Vietnamese but my egg was scrambled, I got 3 mini pieces of shrimp, the veggies were stir fried and they didn’t give me fish sauce.Unreal. I’ll never order from this place again. I know for a fact they’re “authentic” cause I ordered In person.Do yourself a favor and drive to Everett mall way because they are very “authentic”.Also this was $14 lol smh

Great food, great people, great service. Goofys leaving bad reviews might just be ignorant as hell.
