Spent 90 minutes in traffic from West Seattle to meet family here and they couldn’t be bothered to update anywhere but the front door that they are closed for repairs/renovations. The Bothell location was able to do so, meaning it’s not a lack of technology, but simply a lack of care about their customers’ time.You have the tools, do better.

Friendly staff, good service, great drinks, but the pizza was not great. The dough wasn't cooked all the way and the sauce tasted like straight tomato paste, also the toppings were rubbery and not pleasant.I hope to come back for a better experience.

Most of the times I've been here, the service has been amazing.This time, however, our waiter seemed like he was irritated with us for being served for some reason. We miss spoke when trying to order cheese bread, and he was quick to show that he was irritated and quickly corrected what was said. I tried to order my soda and was intentionally ignored. He kept trying to walk away from the table, knowing our drink order wasn't complete and he seemed genuinely disappointed/ almost angry we were even seated in his area.... towards the end of our visit, his demeanor and attitude changed a little and he was a bit more kind to us.We left feeling really confused why we were treated like this.

It took a while for food to come out and it was just ok. We tried the pizza, salad, electric blue margarita bucket and calamari. We will go back to try other things. The sauce was a bit sweet but the crust is fantastic. Our server was really nice and apologetic about the wait.
