Chinese/Japanese offerings. *Dine-in *Take out My family has been coming to Four Corner Teriyaki for over 10 years. It's consistent and lives up to a small shop like this. It's too small and drab to dine in, but you can. It's better than eating in a C-130 if that helps. The food is Asian/American fare, so not for a food snob or authentic palettes. I've never run into substandard parts, a common problem in "hole in the wall" type shops. This is one of the big problems for me, no mystery meat please. I have had a few instances of order mix ups, but it's pretty rare and hasn't scared me off. The folks here seem a bit shy (my problem), but very nice and have always fixed any order errors. My daughter is a fan of the Yakisoba Chicken and I like the Hot & Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. It's actually spicy! The portions have always been generous making the new prices a bit less of a bargain than they used to. The side salad and macaroni salad are a bit of a miss; however you can ask for a bit more rice and skip them, something I always appreciated here. Come to be fed, not to be entertained.

Great food and good size portions. They've always been willing to accommodate special requests for us. We've been going here for nearly 20 years, the owners are super nice and always ask how our kids are doing now. Love the macaroni salad...somewhat addicting. Great teriyaki in Maple Valley.

One of the all-around best teriyaki spots around! Standard chicken is great and they do a really good job with katsu too. Portions are HUGE! Mac salad is solid too ??
