A very first time visiting this Starbucks location inside QFC! Ordered a Grande Caramel Frappuccino and a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Got my drinks in a timely manner and the baristas were very kind! A friendly atmosphere and the drinks were made perfectly!! What a great experience!!! Will definitely be back next time around...

I like Starbucks less and less. I actually have not bought a cup of coffee from any Starbucks this year. And probable will never come back.One thing is Starbucks still good for is a free restroom.

I got to say I love when they close the lobby and I order ahead in the morning for pick up so I don’t come late for work and have to wait in line at the drive-through. So their lobby was closed and the guy tells me at the window to just let him know at the voice box ahead of time that I ordered ahead. I thought it was ironic because they don’t let us know ahead of time that the lobby is closed. it made me chuckle

Its a shame bc i live 6 blocks from these guys. These guys always understaffed.. drive through seems like they have long conversations with every car. And they mess up my drink order regularly. I go to various Starbucks and always order the same thing.. caramel latte and kids hot cocoa for my grand daughter. Everyone else seems to get it right. Then when i return it.. they tell me i ordered it wrong. Lol.. jeeze.. Most of the time i find it quicker to walk in .. but last weekend i waited 20 minutes for my drink before i canceled and left. I suspect it will get better. Starbucks seems to correct these situations most of the time.
