Christie is by far the nicest Starbucks barista I've ever encountered. She's so personable and cares to connect with each of her customers. The coffee tastes like classic Starbucks but what keeps me going back is literally how amazing Christie is at her job. It's always so busy in there though, some extra hands might be helpful to offload those poor hard working girls

They've lost their ability to produce quality drinks, preferring to automate the process. I can't see justifying the cost for lousy coffee drinks. Their food has also sub standard, lukewarm day old, and just not appetizing.

This is my favorite starbucks ever. The staff is so nice and my drinks are the way I like them. I've never had an issue. As a Starbucks barista, I would love to work for this Starbucks at some point.

Not sure If the kraken card has been getting scanned properly. Card charged 24 dollars but spent only 8....the cashier wanted to leave the charge as a pay it forward and it was little difficult getting her to take the charge off. The black tea is delicious!
Nice barista and yummy chai tea latte. I'll be back.

The quality of the drink is bad. I ordered 5 shots espresso and 4 pumps white chocolate mocha sauce over ice. The barista added milk to my drink without asking. Can't even finish it

Ordered 2 white chocolate mocha's. One was normal and the other didn't turn out sweet in any way.
