“I won't discount some of the previous poor reviews - that was their experience. Just seems like most people are compelled to write a review when it's all gloom and doom. So, here's our experience! We are not frequent Subway patrons, but we have visited this location twice. First time was a drop in for lunch with my daughter. She devoured her sandwich and the woman working was very pleasant despite being very busy. Then yesterday we placed a catering order for my daughter's birthday party. The platters were exactly as I had ordered. Even with a few specific requests I made in the order comments section. Very happy with how things went over. Come in and give them a try!“
“There are a few Subways in Maple Valley and this location is my most favorite. I go there a lot. All the time real fresh bread,veggies amd proteins.Great customer service, all of them are very enthusiastic workers.I must need to mention they provide service till the last minute. I had been there at 8.55pm and got my sandwich with a happy smile. Kudos to these kids.“
“The ingredients were prepped so amazingly and beautifully laid out. Everything looked fresh and clean. The employee Amber was a breath of fresh air for a subway worker. She was so pleasant and kind. Bless her!!! So many times I have gone into a subway and was met by mean scouring faces angry to be working there. Regardless of anyone’s situation- to be kind in a service/hospitality position should be the expectation in our country. Amber is doing it right!!! Thank you to the owners of this store for making smart hires like her :)“
