This is the worst franchise I have ever seen. My 70 yr old friend went to purchase a newspaper and was informed by the clerk/owner? That because he put the monies on the counter and not his hand, he was being disrespectful. When my friend responded, he was told, "I know how you dirty Indians are. This is not the Rez." My friend was taken aback,reiterated he was trying to make his purchase. The clerk then repeated his demand and told him to get the fuck off his property and threatened to call police. When asked by another about the incident, he acknowledged the conversation verbatim to her and threatened the same police action and flipped her off as she exited the store. Obviously, it is a racial and prejudiced store. I encourage all who have any moral consciousness to avoid.

Overall it is one of the better 711's But yes they could use a little work on their employees training. I stopped in last week and the coffee machine Would not work it said that the ground basket needed to be empty and The guy working did not know how nor did he have a key to do so.Stopped in this week and the employee said they were closed at 3 when it was 230. funny how it says 24/7 Confirmed 6 weeks ago on google maps. Anyways If they can keep an employee around long enough that knows what they're doing it will Eventually be a decent 711..

This place used 2 be good like 2 owners ago. Ive been trying to go in for the last weel just to get a cold drink from the drink case and over half of the cases are just empty. 5 days in a row its all looked exactly the same. I WAS a regular until this. Today on day 5 of trying to get just 1 cold drink there was no cashier for a solid 5 minutes, the only other worker was just working on wine. Its a little ridiculous that you charge so much, for a sub par experience. Id suggest going to the 711 down the street by safeway

came in for a water it was a late evening when i came up to the store i was greeted with the door open to a welcome in let me know if i can help you with anything i said just getting a water and then proceeded to tell me where the water was at ask me how my day was going and if that was all for me today supper nice 711 worker the guy deserves employee of the year Great 711 experience

The person Angie, working today at 2 pm cussed my 13 and 15 year olds out and told them to get out of the store. She said they were trying to steal an alcoholic drink. A buzz bomb that looks like a children’s drink. They didn’t know what it was and turned it around to look. It was on an end display. Not with other alcoholic drinks. I asked to see the footage and she said she can’t do that. That the manager was the one to do that but refused to call the manager. She also accused my kids of trying this before and I said they’ve NEVER been in there by themselves before. I will never go back there or let my kids go back there ever again. She looks like she was high on something. She couldn’t stand still or talk to us without cussing us out. I’m very disappointed and will be filing a complaint. Does this look like an alcoholic drink at first glance?
