worst owners ever! accuse people of stealing when that wasnt the case. people make mistakes and they just assume your a thief! you just lost the best barista you had. i will be taking my business elsewhere and i will let everyone i know to go elsewhere.

So I had 3 stamp cards and I asked the girl to combined two of them for a free drink and I was told they won’t do that. I have never had an issue at any stand doing this just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who goes here cause you spend a lot of money to fill those cards you would think they wouldn’t make it an issue how you get your )5 off cause it’s not even an actual free drink anymore it’s only $5 off.
The drink was good but I ordered a hot white on white americano style and it was barely warm just saying it wasn’t a good experience for me I hope others get a better experience than I did!

I have gone to addicted for several years on and off. The new gal that was recently hired Madisyn is a GREAT addition. She is very sweet, friendly and has a GREAT attitude. She makes excellent drinks and carries a GREAT conversation with her customers.

Not a good place to get coffee. The first bad experience I had was when they refused to take Google Pay, but would accept Apple Pay. What is up with that? But, the stick that broke my back happened today. My mom went through there to get drinks for folks on my sister's birthday and they had the WORST experience.1st, my sister asked if they offer free drinks to people on their birthdays. The barista explained that it was at their discretion and that they decided on a person-by-person basis on whether or not to give a free drink. After explaining this she said, "Oh I guess I could give you $2 off." That stung a little.2nd, they got the order wrong, which happen sometimes; however, it was handled so poorly. My mom was snapped at, and the barista barked, "we verified this order with you twice!" After exclaiming this, the barista angerly pushed the drink carrier at my mom, and promptly turned her back, to make it VERY clear that the order would not be correct.

Went to the 51st location yesterday and was appalled by the attitude of your barista that was working there. Miranda was very short with me and condescending when I was asking about different drinks. Will be going elsewhere going forward I don’t appreciate her making me feel like an inconvenience to her day

Ok I am just sick of going somewhere and constantly being treated poorly I have reached out to the owner a few times before writing a review but tbh this has gotten out of hand yesterday at 12:40 I stopped by for a redbull I saw a special for a lotus I explained how I don’t like the way lotus feels she said get redbull I said I’m not sure how lemonade would be in redbull she says snarky we do it all the time I said did I do or say something wrong I am just asking questions she says nope I’m just answering them mind you know cars behind me maybe I just like to chat but this is my 3rd Encounter with this girl so needless to say me and my family will not be coming back I will take my money else where addicted has always been my favorite it’s has it’s convenience and it’s yummy but I will not spend my money to he treated like this I’m sorry
