I went into BK on 4th yesterday when the eclipse happened. I went on the app prior and saw a deal for BOGO on a whopper. So I clicked it, signed up for texts, then was given a code for the offer on the text. I went inside and was met with a very disheveled person with an attitude that seemed almost offended that they had to help me inside. I told him what I wanted and that I was using the offer from the Eclipse for the BOGO. He proceeded to to tell me he needed a code from the app, but I had received it over a text! He wouldn't budge on the matter and didnt care that I had a code over a text. Didn't offer to honor the deal, for peets sake it was a 1 day deal and I had texts from the company talking about the deal. I was very unhappy, i went there specifically for that and he didnt try to make it right and left without any food purchased.

I've always like a good whopper, eating from a nice looking restaurant is always a huge plus, building's in Oak Harbor are getting run down Looking, unfortunately. BK isn't the only one at fault for this. But I can say, fast food is definitely coming to an end! The cost is WAY too high and has become unrealistic. These places are not serving GOLD, AND my cooking isn't so bad that Fast food is necessary. Certainly becoming less and less worth actually THROWING money away. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a fish sandwich. The fish I received was definitely past its shelf life. I understand that sometimes it's hard to pay attention to all time stamps all the time, as I used to work for Burger King. So I went into the restaurant and told the expediter that the fish was old and asked if they could make me a new one. She said yes and that she was sorry. She told her kitchen that a replacement order was needed. 3 minutes later, I received another sandwich that was as bad as the first one. Why am I paying money for bad food? Will probably not go back.

Ordered an Impossible burger with no sauce. Got a meat burger with sauce in an Impossible Burger wrapper. Also, terrible service. Don’t bother.

Forced me to use the men's room in defiance of Washington Administrative Code 162-32-060. When I complained, they just shrugged and didn't care. No apology or acknowledgement of any kind that I shouldn't have had to use that restroom. Avoid if you are LGBTQ+. I will never go there again.

food is cold every time and the rude girl in drive thru shouldn't be allowed out of her cage. Oh and the atmosphere? All I can say is it looks filthy from the drive thru view. windows are gross. I won't be back any time soon.

I just spoke to the drive-thru girl the same way she spoke to me no manners no please no thank u. take the money and hands the food without looking at u. This annoyed me so I took the food and didn't say anything just like her...she then used profanity calling me name first word F second word B. Back attcha baby. Way to go bk. So tired of kids pretending to be grown who absolutely don't know how to talk to people. Best customer service ever! Way to go BK Marysville!

Wow is it a requirement the Burger King workers to have -19 percent personality -189 customer service skills? Well I believe this to be truthful. If you want to feel like a down right inconvenient jerk for trying to buy food. Come here! After every question we were asked is that all? we were not given any descriptions and we were treated like we were so inconvenient for being there.

We went through the drive thru, and they messed up my order. I went inside, and I was treated poorly. They acted like I was in the wrong. I brought my bag in and showed my receipt. It took over 10 minutes to get the regular cheeseburger they forgot. All in all, we haven't been back and probably won't go back again. By the way, the person working the window was nice. That's why it got 3 stars.

Today I ordered a Whopper meal in the drive-thru. When I came home it was the grossest Whopper I'd ever bitten into. I called to complain and asked for my money back. They asked me what my order number was and if I paid with cash or a card. I told them I paid cash and he said no problem bring it back with a receipt and we will refund you the money. Upon going there instead they did not give me my money back they gave me my coupon back and said I can use it at a later date. They would not refund me for my Whopper. I was disgusted with the service there. Why would I want to use a coupon again and pay again and not get my money back for a meal that they did not prepare freshly or correctly? Instead I have contacted headquarters and I'm waiting for a response. I believe I shouldn't have to do in the first place. I should have just been able to get my money back and go about my day. ?

For fast foods they are ok! The BK in Marysville WA is friendly and clean. They are fast but the orders are accurate. That's a major factor, getting what you ordered.
