I order my meal and onion rings. 30 min cold burger and fry. No Onion rings and had to go there the drive thur 3 time. I got it. It was a long day. 45 minutes or in line. I was waiting an hour it total. They took the $20 it cost. I was a very expensive medium soda. I will never go back. Tired and short-handed. I get that I work 30 years in fast food and hand to run 60 customers with me and a cook. I'm always understanding with food and customer service. But this is bad and wrong. Whoever runs this one is clueless.

Absolutely rude ladies working there. Tried to order a double wopper meal with a cherry hi-C. She stated that the icee wasn't ready yet. I re stated no, not icee, hi-C she got aggravated and said again it wasn't ready. I then said Coke I suppose and she said the frozen Coke was ready, I told her no, not the frozen one, and then asked again if she meant the iced one for the hi-c and she raised her voice at me over the speaker about the frozen coke.. when I pulled up to the window she had a cherry icee waiting for me.. to which I told her again I wanted cherry hi-c... they gave me my food and I noticed the food was wrong before I left the drive thru. I attempted to get their attention for about a full minute and they blatantly stared at the screen and pretended to do something else so that they didn't have to help me after the mistake was on them for miss hearing me multiple times and not even attempting to clarify with me, I was on my lunch break which is limited and had to just eat what I was given because I don't have time to make multiple stops.

I waited in line in the drive-through for 10 minutes. I then got to the window and waited there for five minutes. I was then asked to park out front and waited in additional six minutes. They bring the food out to me and it is completely wrong. I didn’t have to go inside and request the food be fixed. It was a very rude atmosphere, And after all of this waiting all they did was give me the correct sandwich and it didn’t do anything to at least make up for their screwup in the loss of time.This is also at a time when it isn’t exactly busy, and there wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant, or hardly anyone in the drive-through. So this wasn’t a case where they were overwhelmed, this was a case where they were just screwing up the orders and didn’t really care.

Went through the drive-through to get some thing and forgot and wanted to re-order again only to find that their lobby wasn’t open as advertised for their lobby hours. We’re not in Covid time anymore. It wasn’t even 10 o’clock and all the chairs and tables were stacked and it appeared. The employees didn’t want anybody messing up their dining area so they kept the doors locked.. instead of ordering more food through the drive-through, we went to Wendy’s
