Placed a mobile order at this location by mistake. Immediately called to cancel the order but they said they couldn’t cancel online orders then they hung up on me. Called back and apparently it was the store manager that hung up on me. Refunds if canceled before making the product are allowed as clearly stated by Dairy Queen’s website. This place is criminal.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been in. It smelled like month old mop water, everything was dirty and grimy. The kitchen from what I could see from the counter was also revolting. The staff were un inviting poorly trained. And the food was terrible. All of us threw our food out. Not sure how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. And the owner keeps replying to these review like he cares but obviously doesn’t. What an embarrassment.

I ordered a brownie batter blizzard with extra brownie batter and there is not any extra batter at all. I ordered extra because last time they skimpped me on my blizzard and they did it even worse when I order EXTRA BROWNIE BATTER!! so I'm literally paying them to take my money. Freaking pissed that this location is the worst to get a blizzard at!!

When they are suppose to open there lobby and only have drive thru. The employees cant keep up with fast service and hot food. Like u see more then 2cars. Always put basket of fries down. I don't expect a lot out of fast food, but I've honestly seen better.I've visited this establishment on a multitude of occasions and every visit thus far has disappointed me. The atmosphere inside and out is uninviting, if not uncomfortable. I find that the staff is more preoccupied with their own personal matters than with providing quality customer service; they will corral around the kitchen and often were either quiet or uncooperative, not only that, it kinda seems like they're a little under trained?I've worked in fast food before and I will state, I do not agree with how disorganized and chaotic the kitchen looked from where I was standing. Not only that but I feel it's unnecessary to have from what I could count was 5 people in the drive-through window area when there was a lack of customers to be served. I do hate to have to bash on local establishments but this particular franchise location is honestly deplorable.
