I was craving bbq all weekend and decided to try dickies for the first time and ordered a two choice meat plate and was very disappointed in how dry and chewy the brisket and pulled pork was very irritating when you work hard for your money and decided to treat yourself to a

Great food. The owner is great! Thanks Steve for a great meal! We ordered the pulled pork plate and a brisket sandwich! Yum yum!

They never pick up their phones, their front door doesn't work properly. I sat outside one day thinking it was closed and saw the workers inside so I was confused. No one came to open the door for me , I had to wait for another customer to try themselves and after yanking on it they went in, so I followed. I was asked my order probably 5 or 6 times because they don't write anything down so they kept forgetting, really frustrating. There was maybe 2 other people in line and I didn't leave for a solid 20-30 min. Food is alright but not worth all the hassle

Went there today. (1st time). Went with my son. We try 1-2 new restaurants a week. We talk about what we ordered. We both ordered the French Dip (brisket) it was probably the worst sandwich we have eaten. I had to throw the other half away. Literally taste your food you make. I love food. This was not good.

Burnt ends were so dry they turned to powder in your mouth, corn muffin was dry and like a rock, beans were under cooked, baked potatoes were dry and had no taste. Creamed spinach was delicious and the Mac and cheese sub par, but at least not dry. Definitely won't return. Worst $45 I spent this week. I'll go to Moose Creek on 172nd.

There is just nothing good for me to say about my meal. The brisket was extremely overcooked. It was dry as dust and completely falling apart. They didn't even slice it, they couldn't have, the only thing holding it together was the bark, and that was tough, dry, and stringy. The ribs were not quite as overcooked, but they were quite bland. The fried okra was undercooked, kind of raw in the middle and not at all crispy. The roll seemed stale and wasn't even warm. The macaroni and cheese was okay. It's a good thing the meal comes with a soft serve ice cream cone, I needed it to get the taste of the rest of the meal out of my mouth. I've eaten at other Dickeys locations and they've alway been okay. Nothing exciting, but decent. This place needs for someone from corporate to come out and retrain everyone there, it's not what Dickeys is at all

Not sure why this place doesn't have good reviews because my experience was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. The portions were perfect, & it was about the same price you'd pay at any other bbq restaurant. Not the best bbq I've ever had but still was delicious especially with the sauces the provided.

Where do I even start Sooo disorganized, chaotic, and slow. It took a team of five people 25 minutes to take our party of four's orders. Just to take our orders, not make them. Our food was extremely disappointing as well. The $18 three meat plate is about 4 oz of meat altogether. The "burnt ends" were literally dry chunks of stringy hard pork jerky. The brisket was dry and hard. Soo horrible. When we complained to the workers they did offer us our money back and did their best to work with us but it was just a terrible experience overall. The counters were all sticky, the soda machine was out of every soda but Dr Pepper and sprite, the barbecue sauce warmers had this crusty layer on top, the ice cream came out of the machine mostly melted. Just overall a very poor dining experience. Such a let down, especially on Mother's Day!

Placed a online order through their website and despite them not being busy I was missing several sides and multiple sandwiches. Disappointed with the accountability and service.

This place is an insult to all BBQ places. What a complete rip off and joke of a "3 meat meal". They charge near $20 dollars for. Very slim portions on everything. Almost no chicken, a half sausage and like 3 oz of pulled pork. What a complete fn scam. Never coming here again and I would recommend literally any other bbq, even if you drive for an extra 30 mins. Don't do it.

The owner was severely understaffed but opened up to serve us. Most excellent customer service!!! It's nice to see owners trying to do what they can to please their customers.

In spite have having one of the worst ratings in the area I thought I give them a chance. BIG mistake! Rude staff terrible food, do yourself a favor and go to Jeff's Texas Style BBQ or anywhere else!

Great staff the food and service is amazing!!! I'd put 10 stars but it only allows 5 so they definitely deserve it.
