They don't have condiments on their menu on door dash or grub hub. Countless times I've bought something somewhere else just because of that. So your self a favor and Add ranch to your menu!

Drove almost an hour to get warm food in the morning. Got most of the way home and realized we had gotten the complete wrong order. Everything was wrong the burgers, the drink, everything.. can back that night and talk to the manager and she says that she wrote my name and number down and to come in when we can to get it fixed… a couple days go by and my boyfriend is in the area again so I tell him I’ll call to make sure they still have it.. (after looking at the reviews) and of course they “never had a note” and “the girl that worked there that had helped us quit that night”.. our food was not cheap so I at least expect it to be what we ordered to say the least. Then I get told I have to RE give them my name, number, make, model and color of our car time and date…. Like I’m making a police report or something?! They messed up our order.. I don’t understand why we’re getting treated like we’re trying to steal two meals or something ? this place is a complete joke… no clue how there still open.

The drive through is a joke, you’ll order and then they ask you to go wait in the parking lot. What’s the point of a drive through? The workers are rude, I can imagine they are short staffed but that’s not the customers fault. Terrible customer service and terrible wait times. “Fast food?” It’s more like 30 minutes… then you get your food.

It's a really good fast food place, I like the food but can't say anything about the atmosphere because I never really go inside restaurants. They have cheap tacos and good food, but remember, you should always eat fast food in moderation, and not every day.

Food is the same as any other Jack in the Box, but they can't get my order right to save their lives, especially the salads. Something is always missing.
OMG I just found my new favorite lunch, the new Fish Sandwich was so fresh and tasted amazing AND UNDER $4 I LITERALLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT. The young man in drive-thru was pretty awesome too! You guys put BK Msvl to shame, well done Jack, I'll be back!

Staff were friendly and patient, food came out hot and quick...only issues were tables werent clean..hard to find a clean one and ended up doing one ourselves, leaky roof had a huge garbage can with water and garbage in there..and no hand soap in the washroom. Was there just before noon, so not sure why tables couldn't be cleaned.

We received cold fries and returned them. One of the people in my party saw someone in the drive thru get the cold fries we returned. Gross! The music is very loud in the dining area. Almost felt like we were dining in a bar.
